I really can NOT say enough about Harbour View, Lisa, and her team. Everything was perfect come the day of the wedding. You can really tell that Lisa really cares about the couples using the venue and cares about their visions following through.

Having Lisa on our team throughout the wedding process made things go so smoothly and really gave me peace of mind. I could (and did!) email her with any random question I had and nothing was too silly or unimportant. She always answered promptly and with a great attitude.

Harbour View is absolutely breath taking! My husband and I were married her on the 20th of April, and didn't stop there, we held our reception in the Large Ballroom too!!! Brooke and her team were amazing, and so accommodating to me, my wedding party and my guest! Brooke made all my day of stress/questions disappear before they even appeared :) I expressed my thoughts and ideas to Brooke, and she made them all come alive!! Though they stayed in the background (where I didn't see them :) ), if I need her or a team member at all, they were there! She literally was my go-to-girl, something was missing, or lost, Brooke found it, in no time. I was lost at how to set-up my cocktail hour, and I was told "don't worry, we will make it look special!" and she did just that. I am an A-type personality and need things planned way in advance, and Brooke, answered all my emails just as fast as I sent them, that was my first glimpse that I knew that everything was going to be ok, and that Harbour View cares about the customers, and making their special day, that much more important. They treat the event, no matter what it is, as if it were their own event, and with that being said, they understand how important it is for the day to go as planned! I would recommend Harbour View to anyone! The view is breath taking on the water, great for pictures and ballrooms to accommodate any size wedding your are having. Their packages are hard to turn away, with the A+ preferred vendor list and all the plus of the extras that are included in your package! If deciding on a venue, Harbour View is a must see! I had a morning wedding, and it was phenomenal ! I can't stop smiling, with how happy I was with my selection on this venue. They even have a salon on the grounds, you just can't beat that! Go check it out!!!! Thank you again Brooke for all your wonderful help, ideas and time! You and your team made me the Happiest Bride, and I am so thankful for that!

This is a great location. My husband and I had our ceremony on the veranda, which was nice because we got that "outdoors feel" without having to worry about it raining on our heads if the weather was inclement. Then we held our cocktail hour and reception in the upstairs ballrooms. The views of the Occoquan River were beautiful and many guests complimented us on our unique venue. The staff at Harbour View is friendly and accommodating. They worked with us, our planner, and our vendors to create the perfect wedding day.

At so point or another I dealt with almost all of the ladies at Harbour View throughout my planning process and up to the big day. They were all simply wonderful!! Great communication and quick to respond to my daily questions.

Harbour View is a wonderful place for a wedding reception! The venue is beautiful, with a multitude of places for wonderful photo opportunities. Harbour View easily accommodated our 190 guests; there was room to dance or just sit and watch the action, or to find a spot in the outer room or outside balcony for conversation. Harbour View’s staff is extremely professional and helpful . Lisa, Brooke, and the rest of the staff worked hard to accommodate our needs. They even arranged to have a projector set up so that we could skype with a long-distance wedding party member to give a toast. As a mother-of-the bride, I highly recommend Harbour View.

Harbour View was exactly the venue my daughter was looking for.....to be outside but protected from the elements and an open spacious reception room with large windows and a view. Lisa and her staff were so helpful. When I provided her with the wrong sparklers she immediately went out and got the right ones. They coordinated every thing for the ceremony and reception. Not only is Harbour View a gorgeous venue that was created to cater to every need of a bride, but the staff is what makes it truly a unique and amazing place. I fell in love with Harbour View when planning my wedding the second time around. Shortly after my now husband and I were engaged, we hired a wedding a planner and dove into planning. Not long after booking our initial venue (which was not Harbour View), we had an unexpected death in the family that caused us to postpone our wedding. Due to these unforeseen circumstances and the "heartless" and "unprofessional" response we received from a couple of our vendors at the time, we were much more selective the second time around. I absolutely feel that Harbour View was a gift from God because of what we experienced the first time around. Harbour View is family owned and operated--so they take so much care in EVERYTHING that they do and you can feel that from the first time you meet with them. After my initial conversation with Andrea, even before seeing the site, I knew I had found the place where we were meant to get married. I didn't need the wedding planner who had left me at one of the hardest points of my life because Harbour View did everything from recommending the most fabulous vendors, to scheduling, to decorating the reception room and even offering up some of their decorations! Marcy took control of every little detail and my guests were amazed at how attentive the staff was. You will absolutely find a gem in Harbour View! I recommend that everyone pay special attention to the staff when looking for a venue because you will LITERALLY be putting your wedding in their hands--and this venue will not let you down! Customer satisfaction (which encompasses everything) is their number one priority because without it, they would not have a business. I am a firm believer that things happen for a reason and I was so blessed to have found them!! I highly recommend Harbour View when you are looking for a venue--they will surpass your every expectation and allow you to concentrate on enjoying your big day! And, you don't need to spend money on a wedding planner! ;)

I have had nothing but great feedback from my wedding guests of how beautiful my wedding was. This is all due to the beautiful setting and atmosphere at Harborview and Mandy our coordinator. When my husband (formerly fiance') :) and I met with Mandy over a year ago, we fell in love with the place. The scenery of the water, boats etc and having the open/outside feel to the ceremony without having to worry will it rain, was awesome!! To top it off the reception area is gorgeous!! We looked like we spent more than we did. The icing on the cake was Mandy!! She made it all happen. With making sure my timeline was in order, taking care of my vendors I had coming in, and all the way down to running the show the day of the wedding. Thank you so much Mandy for everything!! You are the best and are Exceptional at what you you!!!! I would recommend Harborview for anyone that wants a gorgeous venue for a wedding or just any event, near the water and close to home!!!! Also, Kitchen Gourmet for the catering was so delicious, didn't have any complaints in fact guests wanted to take plates home and Confections Bakery for the beautiful cupcakes, Loudtoneinc.com (d.j.) for awesome music and coordination, Special Moment Photography by Brandy Holland and Jason Faulkner (jason_d_faulkner@yahoo.com) videographer, Wegmans for the flowers, and Dee Vinchey Entertainment for the great Caricature artists!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for all for making my day so great!!

Harbour View is the Best place to get married at.

We had our daughter's wedding and reception at Harbour View over the Memorial Day weekend. What an absolute pleasure it was to work with Lisa and her wonderful staff. They saw to every detail, guiding us through every aspect of the planning process. The setting is absolutely stunning. I got so many compliments on the waterfront views and the beautiful facilities. The staff was incredible and everything went off without a hitch. When the big day arrived, we were able to relax and be our friends and family without worrying about anything but enjoying the party. We had our hair and makeup done by the salon there, and it was such fun for the moms and the ladies in the bridal party to have a bit of pre-wedding pampering. Truly wonderful memories.

Words cannot express how amazing and special Harbour View is to me! From my first meeting all the way to our send off at the end of the wedding, the Harbour View girls were incredibly helpful during the wedding process. All of the vendors they recommended were great, and it was priceless to be able to enjoy my wedding day stress-free knowing that everything would be taken care of. I would highly recommend Harbour View to any bride who is overwhelmed by the wedding planning process and looking for a fun and elegant venue. I was married at Harbour View on 5/20/2012, I highly recommend this venue for any bride who wants a unique venue and top notch customer service. I never wanted to be a "ballroom B bride" and have my reception in a hotel. Having said that, when we found Harbour View I knew it was the place for us. The venue is immaculate, seated on a pier which looks over the Occoquan River. We had our ceremony in the Veranda, an open air space. The venue includes beautiful white pipe and draping for a dramatic effect. Our cocktail hour and reception was upstairs in the gorgeous ballroom. The photo opportunities are endless at Harbour View. We really love the amazing pictures of our wedding party on the pier!!! The most important factor about Harbour View is the customer service. We worked with Lisa and we grew to truly love her. Lisa has vision and patience! I planned my wedding myself and relied heavily on the staff for opinions and guidance. They were never too busy to help with the smallest of details. My wedding went off without a hitch and I know it's because the ladies of Harbour View. They truly love what they do and work so hard to make sure your day is perfection. We are looking forward to the next opportunity to have a party there!
