The entire process was wonderful she is very accommodating, easy to contact and work with. I requested rough icing and wildflowers. I took her the flowers and let her take it from there. The design was stunning, I couldn't have imagined a more perfect cake for our wedding. It survived the 92 degree weather that day and the taste was amazing. So delicious that my husband and I couldn't resist cutting into the topper and we hope to have Gwen make us a mini-cake for our anniversary!

Gwen came highly recommended so we gave her a try and all I can say
is WOW, Her cakes are great in every way. They are not only beautifully
decorated but they are so moist and the icing was not over sweet.
We had a cake with a basket weave and fruit put on top of each
layer. (Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries Etc.). The guest loved
the fruit served with the cake it was delicious. It was all ate just the topper was left.. I also highly recommend gwen.

It was a very beautiful cake that was not only eye catching but very good. The fruits made it jump out at you and you could not wait to get to taste the cake. Most time the icing of cakes are way to sweet for me but this cake was very moist and very tasting.

Gwen is amazing! She was nice enough to let me into her home to do a cake testing and helped me pick out the flavor and a design for my cake. I sent her a picture of what I had in mind for a wedding cake and it turned out even more beautifully than I could have imagined. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had via email. Everyone at my wedding wanted to know who made the cake!

I have never been to a wedding that had good cake. I wanted to change that with my wedding. When I first had one of Gwen's Cakes which I bought from a silent auction, I knew I wanted her to make my wedding cake.
I had a 3 tiered chocolate raspberry torte cake. It was amazingly moist and rich! The BEST wedding cake ever!!! My guest still talk about how good my cake was after almost 2 years.

Gwen did an awesome job on my wedding cake - it was very beautiful, and very tasty! She's a real artist when it comes to combining your theme and colors. My cake was perfect for us, and we are still receiving compliments! I will definitely use Gwen again in the future.

I was so excited when my mother-in-law found Gwen online-and I'm so thankful that she did! Gwen was such a pleasure to work with and was very confident in her abilities to make me the perfect cake-and it was! Gwen also made our groom's cake for the rehearsal dinner and it was amazing, both the oustide and inside! When I arrived in the reception place for the first time, the first thing I noticed was my incredible cake! It was everything I wanted and more. My wedding was a "Beach" theme so the cake was covered in seashells. All of my guests LOVED our cake and so did we. We choose white, lemon and blueberry flavors and all of them were a hit-especially the blueberry! I would reccommend Gwen 100%. I wish I could get married again so she could bake us another cake!! We can't wait to eat our top tier next year:)

Gwen created a beautiful wedding cake for us as well as a groom's cake in the shape of a guitar. Everyone I spoke with at the wedding said they loved the cake. I only got a chance to eat the blueberry one and it was delicious but I'm sure the raspberry one was great as well. The cakes were so beautiful and creative. Gwen was very easy to work with and I highly recommend her.
