I would NOT recommend James. I had a beautiful wedding in October 2010. We paid James in full and he did attend the wedding; so I guess he gets points for that. However after the wedding James informed us that our video would be ready in December. After no word I called James in February 2011 to inquire about the video; it is now March 2011!!!!! and he has yet to return our phone calls or email. It saddens me that I don’t think I will ever get to have the most important day of my life recorded.

I would NOT recommend Glamour Wedding to anyone!!! My wedding was April 10, 2010. James double booked my bridal shoot (which he mentions may happen but he claims to have more than enought videogrpahers to cover that) when HE picked the date. He says he got the date wrong - ok!! He sent a back up videographer who was over 30 mins late because HE was on another shoot previously. Something tells me this guy just found out. James says in is profile that he meets with his brides 3 times before the wedding - not so. I met him the day we signed the contract in Sept of 09 and never saw much less heard from him again until my rehearsal April 9, 2010. A few emails here and there, but when I asked to met with him to touch base or clarify wedding day timelines - he said there was no need. Apparently there should have been a need, because he was supposed to film my Husband getting ready and he didn't. I bought the most expensive package with 2 videographers and I got crapped on. He brought his 12 yr old nephew as a second shooter and never filmed my husband. He even left early. I didn't get my DVD on time. He continously pushed back the deadline, but only after I called repeatedly. He never initated contact with me. Upon receiving the DVD in Oct 2010 it was horrible. He finally agreed to fix it, until we were satisfied. He gave us a second copy that was a little better, but still not worth the money we paid. He said he would fix the remaining problems and we have not heard from him since the beginning of January 2011 and it is not March 2011. He doesn't not return phone calls, emails or and certified letters that are sent to him. So I would suggest NOT using him. I am just thankful I had a great photographer.

I enjoyed having James work on my wedding video. The only complaint I have is that the voice on the video does not match the movement of the mouthes!
