My wedding pictures were the most important part of the whole wedding so I wanted them to be great. They were awesome! Very unique not same old, old stuff. They worked great with me and my ideas. I highly reccomend gingersnaps gallery. All of my friends already want Ginger to do there wedding pictures! You won't be disappointed!

My gingersnaps experience started out great. They were very helpful and cordial about everything. Our schedule is a very busy one and they were accomodating to our needs. My problems with Gingersnaps are that it has been over 1 year and I do not have any pictures(which were pre-payed). I have made several attempts to establish a line of communication. Several voice messages have been left, as well as emails sent. I drove by the building that I originally met with them in and it is up for rent. I am either to assume that they are in financial problems or have moved. I would understand many situations if they would just initiate contact. Extremely disappointed with a company that had a lot of potential.
