Not only do Danielle Gerritsen's photographs come out beautifully, she is also professional, flexible, and comfortable to work with. It was very important to me that I come off looking relaxed and as beautiful as possible in the photos, and Danielle accomplished that by putting me at ease. It was easy to be myself as she found the candid moments to catch me at my best. She was "one of the girls" at the hotel while my bridesmaids helped me get dressed. She responded promptly and professionally to all of my emails before and after the event. Above all- the photos came out gorgeous! The photos are put on a password protected website so you can share them with friends and family, and you can get custom made coffee table photo books too!

Gerritsen Photography (owner Danielle) was fabulous from beginning to end. Danielle always responded to emails and questions quickly and clearly. She listened to exactly what we asked for, and delivered. She was there for all the important moments of our wedding, but blended in seamlessly. She was pleasant, professional, and completely relaxed. We never felt rushed into photos, or pressured to pose for any photos we weren't interested in. Prior to leaving for the evening Danielle checked in with us to see if there was anything else we'd like her to shoot, just to make sure we were comfortable, and at that point we decided to take a few more staged couple shots, which she was completely willing to do. We received an email about our photos being ready a mere 3 days after our wedding, as Danielle was going on vacation and wanted to make we didn't have to wait based on her personal plans, which we greatly appreciated. We would and will recommend Danielle in a heartbeat - our photos were one of the easiest parts of the entire wedding planning experience. We have had a number of friends whose photos have been lovely, but really looked like anyone could have taken. We are thrilled with the artistic quality of Danielle's photos - they captured our day perfectly. Use her. You won't be disappointed.

Danielle was amazing to work with. We were one of her first weddings that involved a dog in the wedding party and she welcomed the challenge. My albums were done within 2 months of the wedding. We were married in October so it may not have been her busiest time of year, but I was very excited to have the for the holidays when our relatives would be back in town.

Danielle Gerritsen is an amazing photographer and person, and I could not have chosen a better wedding photographer. I have thousands of amazingly beautiful pictures to remember our wedding. Danielle made sure to get a list of all the specific pictures I wanted so any photo I could dream up, I have! She is very patient, kind and great to work with. Danielle is also great at being inconspicuous when taking photos. She is very flexible and willing to work with your ideas. I really wanted pictures outdoors so when I heard it was going to rain the day of our wedding we all bought umbrellas and rain boots and Danielle came prepared with extra umbrellas and rain coat. Luckily it turned out to be a beautiful rain free day, but even if it had rained I'm confident I would still have beautiful outdoor pictures.

Danielle did an amazing job for our wedding. Danielle is the only person we would have photographed our wedding. Our wedding day was hot and humid and she got some amazing shots with the sunset after the rain. She was kind enough to ask all the wedding party and family members if they wanted to take a break or wanted water. She was even willing to get some photos in the rain for us. We are incredibly lucky to have Danielle be our photographer. The pictures are spectacular and we could not have had our amazing wedding day without Danielle. Danielle goes above and beyond with the bride and groom.
