everyone in the store is very nice and repectful! gave me ideas for my bridesmaid dresses

Our guys all ordered there suits from here and one of them couldn't make it until 1 week before they wedding we got what they had in-stock in there store so they said it was no problem they did a great job they are supper nice in there and were very helpful keep they did a fantastic job it up ladys!!!

I loved my wedding dress! The people at Gates were very friendly and flexible. They were always willing to help in any way possible. However, I did feel the price of the dress and the price of alterations was a little steep. Also, the alterations weren't fantastic. I ended up spending a lot of money on alterations, and I still wasn't happy. So, I took my dress to an independent seemstress and she fixed the problem for less the half of what I paid here. However, I would recommend Gates for their selection of dresses and professionalism and friendliness of the staff!

Gates Bride's World was great. They were so friendly and helpful. They took care of everything that I needed. If I didn't like something, they took care of it. They stayed open late for me because I was traveling from an hour away, and I didn't head down there until after work. They were the only store in Wstern Indiana that had the dress that I wanted. I especailly liked working with Jill, the store's owner. i would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a beautiful dress.
