    I have been using Gary Sachs services for over 15 years. Gary has always worked with me regarding whatever piece I want, and the price. The majority of the time, Gary and I speak about what I am looking for, and then he goes and finds / makes it for me. I have always been pleased, and would / have recommended him to others. P. Allen

    My fiance and I picked our wedding bands from Gary Sachs after my father recommended this store. My engagement ring is a unique piece that has an odd shape and emerald stones. Gary had a PERFECT knotted band that exactly fit my ring and he custom designed a band for my fiance to mirror the stones in my engagement ring. I do not recall her name, but the woman we worked with spent over an hour with us to find exactly what we wanted. Would definitely return here for future jewelry purchases.

    We went to Gary's for our wedding bands after my fiancé went there for my engagement ring. My engagement ring was made custom and it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. It encorporates diamonds from my grandmothers rings so they had to match diamonds to those and they are flawless. I get compliments on my ring everywhere I go and I could not be happier. Our wedding bands are white gold. My fiancé opted for a simple white gold with a both polished and brushed style while my wedding band was made custom as well to match my engagement ring perfectly. I cannot say enough about this company. I've told all my friends about Gary and his staff and many of them have already used them for their wedding needs as well. You'll be missing out if you don't use this company. Plus it's tax free!

    I have known Gary and Karen since they were in business back in 1974 at the Methuen Mall. It is a family run business and they care to make your purchase the best experience.
    I have sent many friends over the years to them for engagement rings and special gifts . They always deliver !
    Last year I decided to upgrade and get a new setting after 28 years of marriage. My new rings are amazing . My sister loves the store has bought many a gifts for family and friends and herself .
    Most recently she saw my upgrade and she just did hers as well . It is so beautiful . Diamonds are our forever friends and lasting heirlooms to hand down to our families for generations.
    We love Gary and Karen and can trust what we buy and they care.

    If your looking to upgrade your diamond or want that special something maybe a ring , a watch , a special necklace or earrings. I can only say if Gary does not have it he will get it or make it forr you.

    Worst customer service ever!

    Recently took my engagement ring into the store to have the diamond tightened and a smaller diamond on the band replaced. We were originally told it would take 2-3 weeks with no charge. Get a phone call a few days later telling us we need to pay them $120 in order to have it fixed, even though we were told it would be free..they wouldn’t fix my ring unless we paid them. So we did. Few weeks go by with no word from them. Finally after 4 weeks of waiting my ring was finished. My husband goes to pick it up today, brings it home to find out they NEVER tightened the diamond!!!!! He calls the store immediately and we are told we are going to have to wait another week until after the holiday in order to get it fixed. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Take your money elsewhere..the rings are beautiful, but the customer service, aggravation and inconvenience they put you through is NOT worth it!

    Don’t waste your time or money. After paying in full for 2 wedding bands we were told they would be in within 3 weeks, after multiple phone calls we got the rings at 9 weeks. We ended up needing the ring resized and brought it to a very reputable jewler, who immediately told us there was a chip in the diamond. We made the trip up to NH and Gary insisted it was just an imperfection after wasting our time will he went back and forth with the microscope(not even needed at the other place). Complete lack of customer service, and no incentive for us to ever return or recommend to anyone.

    We are very sorry for the concern about your ring. To briefly address your concerns...the ring was a couple of weeks late because it was a special order in platinum(this vendor normally makes the ring in 14kt)..when you picked up the ring on May 14th, you were pleased...it wasn't until you called 5 months later on Oct 16th..with a concern with one out of the 5 diamonds.. We told you to bring the ring in...you stated that another jeweler said it had a cracked stone....after examination of the ring on October 22nd...we noticed that one diamond did have an imperfection...not a crack...and said that we would gladly replace that diamond within the week....and restated that several times since you seemed to not be sure of what to do....you then chose to not leave the ring...we are still willing to do that for you and make sure you are totally satisfied with the ring!!

    Horrible experience. I will never go back. If I could give it zero stars I would. I had a setting I wanted my husbands birthstone in. The wrong type of stone was put in and the owner scratched out my engraving. Here we are 6 months later and I went to pick it up after I was told it was all set. Still the engraving scratched out and the stone in the setting looked like the one that was taken out, that was the wrong stone, but a different shape. I asked the owner what was the stone that was in the ring and he said he couldn't remember... Feed up I wrote on the slip very unhappy and signed it. The worker ripped it up and threw it in the trash. I then went to another jeweler to find out what was in the setting. It is the same stone I had him remove 6 months ago just a different shape! I'll be getting this one removed and getting the stone elsewhere.
