Charlya is a phenomenal photographer. She is extremely professional. Prompt to respond to any questions and concerns. She was practically invisble during the ceremony and reception. She always made sure I looked perfect, which is what every bride wants!!! I would highly recommend Charlya to anyone!!! If you are looking for a photographer to capture your special day...look no further because you just found the perfect one! If anyone has any questions I would be more than happy to share my experience with you!

Charlya Williams Photography did an outstanding, professional for our Engagement and Wedding Day. Charlya cares so much for her Brides and couples which shows up in her photography. She knows first hand about the fears and stress of Budget Weddings and went out of her way to work with me selecting the best package that fit our needs. She always responded to emails and calls within 24 hours and I plan to use her services as long as she is in business. Her follow up and ability to listen to what we wanted to capture in our wedding was so important. She made it a priority as well. I can't tell you how hard that was to find in the industry. I would encourgage anyone looking for any type of photography to call on her services - for me she rates 10+

I was very impressed on the way she took time with me and my family. She got pictures of things that I requested and was a very calming force on the day of the wedding when everything was so hectic. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is having a wedding. She was wonderful and her photographs are beautiful.

Charyla and Randy and their team were awesome! They have been my most stressfree and reliable vendor before, during and after my wedding. From the beginning when we met with them we were extremely impressed by their warm personalities and enthusiasm. When we did our engagment pictures it was such a fun day and they were full of ideas that made our pictures come out great.
On my wedding day they were more than perfect. They didn't rush us for pictures and gave us the oppotunity to catch all the memories we wanted. At one point in the night my coordinator left without even saying anything to us and Charlya had to coordinate the rest of the evening, including our exit. I will always adore them for what they did for us. There really aren't any words to fully encompass my love for them and how happy they made me on my day. Their names will be the first I blurt out whenever someone ask for a photography recommendation. I've already recommended them to 2 friends that are planning to get married.
They love what they do and during this process I have learned that your best vendors are the ones who love their chosen profession.
Charlya Williams Photography is 1 in a million. Definitely!

Charlya Williams Photography was amazing. I was referred to them by a family member and I am so grateful I found them. They were very flexible in that they met with us at a Starbucks after 5pm to accomdate our busy schedules just to discuss their business and what they had to offer. We knew at that moment and after seeing their excellent work that they were the photographers we were looking for. Now that my wedding is over I still continue to recieve compliments from my guests on how our photographers were amazing and that they were everywhere catching every moment. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. And feel as though they are family. I would strongly recommend you checking into Charlya Williams Photography before settling on a photographer. Remember your photos are going to be the only thing you will have to remember your special day.

Engagement photo session and photos were fabulous. However, when it got to the wedding photos it was a DISASTER. The only positive experience was that they were on time to the wedding and practically invisible. In the contract it stated a turn around time for photos and video to be complete and delivered within 12 weeks. That was long enough by itself but now after 25 weeks I still have no photos or video. Dealing with the photographer and her excuses has been a nightmare. I would never recommend Charlya Williams Photography to even my worst enemy.
The following is in response to Charlya Williams repsonse:
You did communicate that you were busy and it might take longer to process my photos and video, however that is why we changed the contract from 8 weeks to 12 weeks.... not 27 weeks. Being busy is one thing but using your divorce as an excuse to not fulfill your contractual agreements is another thing.
About the photos:
It was not that I didn't like the 34 out of the 505 that you posted online, it was that they need to be corrected to usable. the quality of the 505 photos of my wedding were in no way professional quality. I know the potential your work has from the other weddings you have posted online and my engagement photos you took. Don't get me wrong, those look GREAT. The quality of the photos you gave me for my wedding look very unprofessional.
Also, it has been 30 weeks since my wedding and I still have no wedding video or refund.
To say that I am the only one who has issues with your service is wrong. It seems that weddings after me seem to have issues with your sevice and professionalism. So I don't think this is the only complaint you have ever received from a client.

We are approaching 9 months since our wedding date and Charyla has yet to provide me with ALL of my complete photos, MY WEDDING VIDEO, and has repeatedly REFUSED a refund. My contract clearly states 12 weeks. I have received nothing but excuses as to why my items are not complete yet. She has been the most difficult person I have ever had to deal with. She should not be in the line of business she is currently in nor is she qualified to run a business doing it. I have never felt so scammed in my life. If you want a legit, honest, professional and trustworthy photographer you will SEEK SOMEONE ELSE.

It has now been more than 9 months since my wedding date. I have yet to receive both my complete photos and a wedding video from Charlya. The last time I heard from her was in mid April and all she had for me was more excuses as to why my wedding video was not complete. She continued to claim it would be done next week. When next week rolled around she said it would be another week. She refuses to refund my money that I paid even though she has not provided her end of the contract. Considering my experience with this photographer I would not recommend her to anyone. I feel completely gypped by her and will be persuing legal action.

My name is Shana Erickson. I was married July 26, 2008. In case you are considering Charlya as a vendor, DO NOT!!! She has been extremely unprofessional and not delivered as said. My one year wedding anniversary is in 2 days.....yes 2 days. I received my bridals one month ago and not to mention she has all of my unedited film from my wedding and HAS NOT responded nor made any effort to get this to me. I have called MANY times, emailed MANY times, and no response except for excuses. I am currently still without a video. If you are okay waiting a year for your pictures and film....she may be the one for you. Charlya, I hope you read this. If you respond to this it would be a miracle considering you do not respond to phone calls or emails.

Please call me or respond to my emails. Meanwhile I will post some of the emails from you and I for future brides to determine for themselves whether to use you or not. I will allow them to be the judge of that. But, I believe you take great pictures, and I will not take that away from you.

Charlya will be taking my pictures as long as she is in business. She is incredibly easy to work with. I have never enjoyed having my pictures taken, but she makes it so fun! And her pricing is a steal. She takes fabulous pictures and edits every single one. I almost feel guilty when I pay her because it's such a great deal for the session AND the DVD of the negatives. I am SOOOO glad I found her and she is my familys photographer from here on out. Important events, my son's birthday, family sessions....and I know I'll get excellent pictures EVERY TIME! We used her pictures for custom labels for the wine at our wedding. People raved about how great the pictures were. I HIGHLY recommend Charlya! You'd be crazy to ignore the quality of pictures for such a great price!!

We loved our wedding photos and video. Charyla Williams Photography are very professional!! I found their services online so I was a little concerned about their quality especially since they are so affordable but trust me you will not be disappointed. Charyla and her family did an extraordinary job at my wedding! I absolutely loved how my pictures came out and she tried to help in other areas of the wedding aswell even though I was only paying her for the photography. On top of that she was available on a short notice as well. Would HIGHLY recommend if you want you wedding pictures to look as great as mine did!!!
