I have no complaints with the service and the facilities, everything was very beautiful. Even though, I think they need to improve in customer service, specifically with their way to treat their customers, they don't have that special touch that a bride is expecting. When you are planning a wedding you don't need someone that fails to be a little bit rude to answer your questions. I think that they are used to big weddings and because mines was smaller (only 50 guests), their treatment was not what I expect. The reasons I'm giving them 4.1 is because the servers and captain of the servers make our night special. They were very attentive and pay attention to every single detail making our night perfect. The food was outstanding and decoration too.

GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT!!!!! That's all I can say. We've been told our wedding was the most beautiful people have been to! Galleria's location is stellar, greenery in the city! It was fantastic! The service was fantastic, the staff keeps in constant contact with you throughout the planning process and helps you with any little question you have! They really are GREAT! Food was delicious! It is a little pricey (but getting married in Chicago will be no matter what!) but you def get what you pay for in spades.

Only downfall is that you cannot have a rehearsal at the location, but that was easily fixed with an off site rehearsal which didn't cause a problem at all!

Galleria Marchetti is first of all a unique and beautiful space. My guests were totally wowed by the place as well as the service and the food. I could not be more pleased. The appetizers were plentiful there were enough bartenders, and staff. Emily was our contact and she bent over backward to help us and was always very responsive, helpful and warm. I loved working with her. The staff was amazing and also very helpful. It was above and beyond my expectations.

My husband and I fell in love with Galleria Marchetti the moment we saw it. There is a beautiful outdoor courtyard with the views of the city and a gorgeous year round tent for dinner/reception. We loved the feel of this urban oasis in the middle of the city.

We had such a great experience with Galleria Marchetti! They were fantastic and so flexible with us as our guest list swelled and then dropped off shortly before the wedding. Corey was so responsive and easy to work with that we sent her flowers after the wedding! :) Everything looked beautiful and every detail was looked after thanks to Corey.

We got married on site at Galleria Marchetti and the backdrop was beautiful. We opted for a Sunday brunch reception and it was wonderful. We received so many compliments on the day ceremony and reception. The staff at Galleria Marchetti was wonderful that day, especially Chiva the Banquet Captain! He is fantastic.

The only minor issue I had with Galleria Marchetti was their high rate of turnover in their wedding sales department. Even with the turnover, email responses were covered by Corey Marchetti. She was wonderful the week before the wedding.

We were planning on having it outside and then the hour before the ceremony, it started pouring! The staff at Galleria quickly moved everything inside, and it turned out beautifully. Galleria Marchetti was the perfect location to get married in Chicago! Their gardens are absolutely beautiful, and there vaulted tent, with chandeliers, was an elegant background for dinner and dancing. The food was delicious and I got nothing but compliments from guest about Galleria Marchetti.

Working with Tina at the Galleria Marchetti is one of the best things about planning our wedding! The entire staff is amazingly friendly and SUPER accomidating. The venue is a BEAUTIFUL permnant tent with gardens outside that look onto the Chicago skyline. We got so many complements on the place as well as the food. No hotel food here -- only the best. We had filet and chicken as well as lobster ravioli. The filet was one of the best I have EVER had. I cannot even discribe the food . . . you just have to taste it. The over all experience is NOT to be missed.

Tina Diaz the head sales lady is great. She was there every step of the way answering questions and addressing concerns. The food and wine what also great along with the service on the wedding day. The only thing make sure if you have left over cake ask for it so you can have the left overs...
