It took me a while to find out that I was allergic to the 14k white gold engagement ring and wedding band my husband bought me at this jeweler, so I would recommend to all men to upgrade to platinum to avoid the hassle later. At Galleria, Jan was the woman who sold my husband my engagement ring. He was so impressed with her that we went back to pick bands with her. ONLY her. When I found out about my allergy, she showed a serious concern and did everything she could to find me a stainless steel setting, since I think I may be sensitive to platinum. She even had my rings dipped in rhodium, hoping to solve the problem. Haven't ordered my platinum setting yet, but when I do I'll be sure to see Jan.

We bought my engagement ring here around Christmas and it was deeply marked down. I loved the ring, but it took forever to get it back from sizing. When we came back to order the wedding bands they did not have what I wanted. I had to special order my band. I had to call and come in no less than 5 times before I could get someone to order the band for me. As it turns out it came in the day we left on the plane for Vegas so I did not have my wedding band for my wedding and just used my engagement ring. The good thing was that they charged me the 10 carat price for a 14 carat ring so it all turned out ok in the end. I wouldn't shop there again if I was in the same kind of time crunch, but we are already married so I don't see that happening again. Other than that we are happy with our purchase and happy with the marriage :O)
