We loved our experience at Fred Meyer Jewelers. We found exactly what we wanted. However diamonds have fallen out of my engagement ring three times, although they do replace it for free with the care plan. Our wedding rings are perfect and we have had no problems with them. I love that they offer free cleaning anytime and that they ask you to take your rings in for regular maintenance.

Love my ring but slightly disappointed in the diamond quality!

My husband and I both love our rings. I definitely wanted a more unique ring and they had just the thing. My husband wanted a ceramic band, which they had a few of in the store, but they ordered him the exact one and we got it within a couple weeks. Any jewelry he has gotten me has come from FM Jewelers and they have always done a great job. They have amazing customer service; we are always remembered when we go in, they are helpful, friendly and fast. I don't think I'll ever want to go anywhere else for jewelry if only for their customer service.

We purchased my engagement ring from here and the diamond fell out a month before we got married. They did however replace it for free.

Fred Meyer Jewelers is the only place I will shop for jewelry. Their staff at the Klamath Falls store is always so helpful and friendly. I go in a tell them what I am looking for and April will search everything until she finds what I want for an awesome price, she is amazingly helpful.

Stephanie helped us, mainly, and she was fantastic! The best thing about FMJ is obviously the price, but Stephanie offered great service as well, and helped up learn about diamonds and wedding bands in general - something we really needed. It took them kind of a long time to find the right size diamond that we wanted, but it worked out in the end. Also, FMJ is a very LOW PRESSURE jeweler. They don't make you feel taken whatsoever. I will definitely return there for every jewelry purchase in the future.

They had a great selection of men's rings. The associate who sold us my husband's ring, however, seemed really surprised when I qualified for their credit card (probably because I'm young, but I thought it was rude.)

The rings we had picked out are excellent. We got a good deal and the lady was more that helpful in making sure we were staying within our budget. Also the guarantee on the rock is awesome. The VSP is a waste of money.

Very helpful in trying to find the perfect ring. At times a little pushy and redundant, however the price and quality of the ring was outstanding.

Julie helped my husband pick out the ring and set up financing all by himself so he could surprise me. Then when we realized we had a discount she returned the ring and resold it to us at a discount. It really meant a lot to us to have such personal service. I have had my ring for three years and when I walk in the store she still knows me by name.
