Forte was great, from working with us on our questions about musical selections to providing wonderful music at the ceremony and for our cocktail hour. Sharon even came to our rehearsal (they do if they don't have another booking) and played as we rehearsed so that we could get a feel for what it would be like. Their music provided the touch of elegance we were looking for, and they were a delight to work with throughout the process and on the big day.

Working with Sharon was great! She always got back to me when right away whenever I called or needed something. Also she always sounded confident and did a great job in remaining open to doing whatever we had in mind. The music made for a classy ceremony and we received a lot of compliments on the music. I would highly recommend Forte Strings to anyone needing their services.

This is a great strings quartet! They were the first string quartet I contacted and as soon as I spoke with Sharon I knew they were the perfect quartet for my wedding. Sharon worked with me over the phone and email and took the time to make sure I was happy with my selections. My guests loved the music that was played. The quartet were very professional and timely. I did not have to worry about anything. I had always dreamed of having the wedding march played by a quartet and they made my dream come true. I recommend these quartet to everyone!!!

Working with Forte' Strings was a delight from our first contact to the evening of our wedding ceremony. They were professional, flexible, and worked well with the other musician involved in our ceremony. Guests commented on what a beautiful opening they provided with their 30 minutes prelude to our wedding ceremony, and how beautifully they played with the pianist throughout the actual ceremony. The Forte' Strings played at our daughters wedding. They were excellent. We received so many comments on the beautiful music provided by Fort' Strings at the wedding ceremony. We were so happy when we found out they were available to play at our daughters wedding. They come highly recommended!!

Sharon Hawkins, our contact with Forte Strings, was simply a pleasure to work with. Unlike most couples, we took a very particular interest in the music we wanted for our wedding reception. Sharon spent many hours on the phone with us, patiently going through each piece of music in her repertoire to see if it fit our needs. She was also very flexible about playing pieces outside the group's standard repertoire, once we purchased the music. I highly recommend Forte Strings for any event.

I worked with Sharon Hawkins at Forte Strings to plan the music for my simple wedding ceremony and reception. I know nothing of classical music and wanted a mixture of light classical, contemporary, and Christmas songs, as most of my guests were between 25 and 50. I really wanted to keep with a light, casual sound and Sharon made the whole process very relaxed and easy. Their sample cd is beautiful, and she is delighted to play you song samples over the phone if you wish. If you are uncertain, she is there to guide you as she did me. I got nothing but great compliments from all my guests about how incredible the music was. I thank them and appreciate all they did for me. 5 starts doesn't quite say enough, I will definately use them again. T.L.Field

I was unable to use Forte strings for my wedding, but the place I chose for my wedding, The Alexander Mansion, referred them to me and also my friend used them for their wedding and loved them! Although when I called about 7 months before my wedding they were already booked for my day. They were very friendly and offered to call me if someone cancelled. I went ahead and went with another company because I didn't want to wait to the last minute and then not have a string quartet play at my wedding! I used Divisi Strings and heard they were compatible with forte strings!

Forte Strings was playing at Cappella Court open house and I booked them immediately once I heard the quality of sound! Todd Evans contacted me several times regarding my music selection and was even at the rehearsal to see how it was going to work together.
I was not able to hear them in the reception area for 1/2 an hour because we were taking pictures, but they played such an amazing group of songs that people said it was terrific!
The day of my wedding they did have a fill in musician and I heard three or four notes messed up...I assumed it was because of this because they were flawless when I heard them at the open house. It did not make a difference though because they picked right back up and played beautifully.
I would highly recommend this quartet for anyone!

Great to work with and very talented! Our ceremony music was perfect; and, all of the options that they have are great. Very easy to work with; I'm not much in to classical music, but they make choosing very easy with all of the information that they send you. Very professional; they even take the time to come to your rehearsal (if they aren't booked.) Great!

Forte Strings provided the beautiful strings for our ceremony. I actually never met with them face to face but coordinated everything via phone and email. They were very professional, on time, and wonderful musicians! It was very easy to book them and select the music for the ceremony. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend Forte Strings.
