Sue and Tammy are amazing! Affordable and delicious .... They made our wedding so incredible. Sue is fun and so easy to work with. She has GREAT resources and knowledge on how to get the most for your money. I shopped around with some of the best in Chicago and she exceeded my expectations. Must try the "noodles in a box" and the Lamb lolipop appetizer during cocktail hour. Perfection !!!

We have gotten dozens of comments on how great the food was at our wedding. I just wish we could have eaten more! Sue was really supportive through the entire process. She genuinely wanted to help us have the best wedding ever while staying within our budget, even recommending ways to cut costs.

The tasting was a blast and she adjusted the menu to suit our tastes instead of telling us what the company served. Overall it was a collaborative effort and we never felt cut out of the process.

This caterer is the absolute best! The food at the wedding was even better than the food we tasted! The price was initially high at the first quote but ultimately went down when there were less guests than anticipated (a pleasant surprise) I can not say enough good this about this company. If I had to do it again I would definitely choose food evolution and I would also reccomend them to anyone in the catering market.

The staff of Food Evolution is amazing. The food was outstanding, and the service was perfect. Sue helped me achieve the vision I had for my wedding, both with food and the table settings. Food Evolution’s flexibility and straightforwardness was what made us choose them as our caterer, and we couldn’t have been more pleased.

From the first conversation with Sue Waarich, I knew it would be a great match for our wedding. We had a smaller budget, and after talking with at least 10 other vendors and getting nowhere, Food Evolution stepped right in and created a full menu of summer skewers and a modern display of the food that our guests loved. Sue met with us several times before our wedding, and made us feel at ease about what was one of the biggest parts of the day. It was super simple.

Sue Waarich was extremely helpful and insightful. The staff at Food Evolution was highly attentive and the food was delicious! We received numerous comments from our guests about the high quality of the food/service after our reception.

The quality of this food was out of this world. I emailed Eric F. and told him in no uncertain terms exactly what I wanted. (I also emailed 50 other caterers, no joke). He said, "Ok, I'll do that no problem." We worked on a budget for three months. We picked out food, linens, tables, etc together. He was virtually THE most important part of the wedding. We had the best sushi we could have imagined- everybody is still talking (and we only had half of what we needed- I shouldn't have listened to everybody telling me it wouldn't go!) and we put such a beautiful spread of foods out- it was overwhelming. I am so so so so so thankful and blessed to have chosen Food Evolution instead of some of the garbage that people recommended. I went with my gut, and 180 stomachs thanked me!
