We chose Princeton as our wedding videographer based on sample videos posted on our wedding planner's web site. We were initially impressed with the uniqueness of his work. These captivating videos also aided us in choosing our wedding location.

There is nothing ordinary about Princeton's finished product. He provided us with a piece of art! His capable techniques and brilliant editing captured emotions, personalities and most importantly, memories.

His accommondating manner and personal deliveries made it possible for us to have our video before returning home to Canada.

We value our wedding video so much that we ordered extra copies not just for family but as security, should something happen to our original.

We expected a collage similar to the sample videos. We got that and so much more! Our video included the complete wedding ceremony as well as a separate section of candid moments set to the music of our choice. It is truly amazing!

Wow, What can I say about Princeton and his crew that was not already mentioned in the review before me.

In the beginning, they seemed too good to be true. You see, my wife and I are from Texas and we got married in Hawaii, you know the whole destination wedding thing(this can be very scary if you do not do your homework, so please do it!)

After a multitude of websites and videographers, we decided to go with First Class Media because of their speedy responses and ability to work with us and not work on us.

Quality of Service: Perfect name for this company. Princeton showed up with a great crew of 4 people and 3 cameras on the scene. I found out later that this was normally not the case, but given that I had lots of time constraints in the location that I was going to be married in, he grabbed the concept that "less is more" and took my small ceremony and was able to give different views of this fantastic day. They worked like phantoms, everywhere but never really seen.

Responsiveness: When I started looking for a videographer, I found myself feeling helpless because no one would get back to me. This was not the case with First Class Media. Princeton called me in less than 12 hours and held my hand through his pricing and let me know about his methods of making his videos. He even went as far as to let me know about the location that I was to be married in and that it was considered one of the top places to married in Hawaii. After discussing pricing, he sent me a video sample that arrived less than a week later to see his work. After we saw his sample video, we felt at ease that this was going to work out just fine. My worries about a videographer were over in less than 5 days, we booked him that day!

Professionalism: It is true that the number one thing for a successful marriage is honesty. Well, this works just the same when hiring a videographer. Princeton was to the point and very truthful with me. He always delivered when he said he would. Even after my time constraints, he went above and beyond to accomodate me in the sort of fashion that one would do for a loved one. It was fantastic to see the crew well dressed and respectful of our day. They never asked for anything and were always helpful in accomodating our needs. Heck, they even almost went into the water for us! I don't think they liked it too much, but we didn't ask them to, they just wanted to capture the moments and we are so grateful for that.

Value for cost:So this is the part that gets me. I will simply put this in Texas terms. We paid for the burger and got a steak ! Truly, for the work that this team did, it was aces! I almost feel like I received a discount because they were lower than any other videographer by almost $100. It was insane.

Flexibility: So we got married on Friday afternoon in what was to be a 20 minute ceremony followed by thirty minutes of raw footage. Yeah, that did not work out that way. You see, I only paid for an hour of service, but because of the fact that there were mishaps with other wedding things, they stayed for almost another 30 minutes. I never asked them to do that, but because of the situations that were going on, First Class Media were classy and continued to roll the ceremony never making remarks and finished the job.

All in all, First Class Media is a company who will give you the best in your videography needs. They will deliver and make you feel like you did the right thing the first time so that you feel comfortable in either making requests or to just speak to them so that there aren't any surprises on your wedding day.

Wedding day coverage, photo montage, and interviews: First Class Media was everywhere and nowhere all at once on the wedding day. They got great footage without disturbing the flow of things. First Class Media never complained, stopped running around, or lost their pleasant demeanor for a minute. We had comments from family on how nice they were and how impressed they were with their ability to capture everything on film without standing out.

Professionalism: Princeton was honest and up-front about everything from the beginning of the entire process which we really appreciated. The last thing you need when planning a wedding is for vendors to cause you stress or give you misinformation. We were comfortable with him from day one and our personalities matched well.

Quality end product: We love our video! It really captured the feel of the day and told the story without any cheesy graphics or lame, fuzzy photo lenses. They took a non-traditional approach to our video and it really suited us. Our video highlight was great and everyone who has seen it loves it as well.
