I just had my bridal shower and Favor Creative handled the favors. I ordered the jars of potpourri and customized tags and they were beautiful! I loved that they were very unique and also eco-friendly. Fast service, great product.

We ordered the herb favors from this vendor for our wedding this weekend - they are beautiful! So cute and very eco-friendly. I had no problems with the service...the turnaround time is stated on the website since they are handmade and every order is put together with custom colors. Our colors are burgundy and sage. Can't wait to see them on the tables!

This vendor does really nice work. They have explained that these reviews are not accurate and are disappointed with them. The refunds did go through but there is always a 3-5 day lag time for it to process back to a credit card. Favor Creative is committed to producing quality items and keeping customers happy. There seem to be so many good reviews on the website and in their etsy store.

DO NOT use this vendor. I did see other reviews from people saying they did not receive their items as promised and did not receive a refund as promised either but I took the chance since I saw a few good reviews. I too am now in the same situation of no items and charged with no refund. Unless you like to be taken advantage of stay away from FavorCreative.

This vendor did my Herbs in a Box favor for me with a custom label and they looked amazing. We got so many compliments on the favors and are excited to try out some of the herbs. They were very flexible with our requests and we really appreciated the changes they made for our custom look.

I ordered the Herbs in a Box favors for my event and asked for labels in a certain color. They accomodated my request and sent me a file to review before printing the labels. I was very pleased with the items and my guests were happy.

I ordered favors for a bridal shower 3.5 wks before the event and was told that I would receive in 1-2 wks max. After they took my $$ I never heard another word - LITERALLY! Many phone calls were made, none of which were returned or responded too, emails were left and resonded too sporadically. Then I was told she was not receiving my emails despite answering to the emails that I had sent!

Long story short, 3 days prior to the shower, I was finally told that the package was on the way and a tracking # was sent to me. I soon realized that no such package existed... When I checked my order status it had been Cancelled without my instruction? It is now 3 days from the event and I have no favors!

So...If you want a hassle free, professional experience prior to your wedding, DO NOT use these amateurs, because in the world that I live in, people who run a business always want to make sure that their customers are happy - NOT THE CASE.

I am so pleased with the wedding favor labels I just ordered. At first, I was unsure about ordering from the website because I had only come across a few number of reviews and some were not good. I did not receive tracking information on my order as soon as I would have wanted to and couldn't get in touch with anyone over the phone. So I sent out an email a week later and thankfully received an answer almost within a few minutes. And a few minutes after that, I received my tracking number and delivery confirmation. I received my order within two weeks of placing it. I was upset I didn't receive all the information regarding my order early on but nevertheless I'm super happy with my purchase.

I purchased Herbs in a Box Favor because of its originality and they were perfect! The service was very good and the shipping was on time!!!

We ordered Labels from Favor Creative and they were very nice quality. Whenever we had to contact them to ask a questions regarding the print, layout, they were extremely professional and helpful. Will definitely recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I placed an order for lavender rice about 4 weeks from my wedding and paid for it. I recieved an email saying that they had received my order and payment, but it had a TROJAN linked to the receipt! When I became nervous, I emailed them to check if it was a legitimate website. 3 days later I received an email stating that it was, but that my items were on back order, but would ship out early next week ( 4 days from then at the latest) Now when I placed my order, there was nothing mentioned about the back order. But they assured me it would ship in a few days. I thought ok not a problem, as they say they ship with in 24 hours, and I still had almost a month to go.
So I waited and waited and waited, nothing came and NO RESPONSE to the approx, 10 emails I sent. I started calling and leaving messages, NO RESPONSE! Only when I threatened to file a complaint with paypal, did I get a response saying that they would not be shipping my order and they would refund me through PayPal. Now it was only a 8 days before my wedding and I was really counting on this! It took until after my wedding to even get the damn refund. I was on a super tight budget and those people not only held my money hostage but also caused TONS of undue stress!

These PEOPLE, are HORRIBLE! Thankfully I found someone who would rush my lavendar, which I got 2 days before my ceremony and had to deal with trying to put 225 favors together, when there were tons of other things I needed to be doing!!!

For YOUR OWN SANITY! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Addendum... I just got an email from the company. After seeing my review, they attempted to persuade me to change my review, by buying me off with a $10 amazon gift card. REALLY?? Give me a break! Please save yourself some heartache. You can order lavendar rice on EBAY much cheaper, and without all the hastle!!!

We used this company for our wedding favors and I was really pleased with them. We bought wildflowers in a tin favors and asked Favor Creative to do a custom label for us that wasn't something they had on their website. They did the label and sent us a sample via email at no extra cost. The favors were wonderful and a nice touch to our wedding. Thank you so much for being so flexible and easy to work with!

I ordered boxes for my favors from Favor Creative, 20 days prior to my wedding. The boxes were to ship in 1-2 days. When it was four days before my wedding, I still hadn't received them. I had to contact them, and when I did, it took her 7 days to get back to me, despite four phone calls and an email. I had to write something on their Facebook site to get a response. When I did hear back from them, she emailed me to tell me that their supplier no longer was making those boxes so I had to select something else. I received them three days prior to the wedding, so despite my planning ahead, I had to scramble at the end due to the poor customer service. When I questioned their response time to me, she said that they were behind on orders and that they were having server problems. That doesn't explain their lack of responding to my phone calls.

When I went to ask for a refund for the difference, she shorted me $20. The only explanation I can imagine is for the shipping; however, given that it was their fault that I didn't get what I ordered in time, I should not have to pay for it.

Needless to say, do not work with Favor Creative (www.favorcreative.com). Their customer service was the worst and they took little responsibility for it. Weddings are stressful enough that you don't need an unreliable vendor.

I ordered herbs in a box Eco favors pre-assembled, which saved us a lot of time. They were unique at this website, I couldn't find them anywhere else on the web.They sent me samples no cost to make sure it will go with the wedding theme.
The order came on-time for the wedding and it was well packaged.
The Eco-favors were great! Everyone at the reception loved them. I'm so glad we ordered from them, I have also recommended this website to my girlfriends who are getting married soon.

Choice of having favors assembled or assembling ourselves to save some money. Great eco-friendly options! The rosemary herb pots were different and added some understated elegance to our reception tables. Guests seemed to love the idea. Smooth order and delivery.
