I LOVED working with Destiny. She helped me so much with my concerns about colors, flowers, and price. She assured me the bouquets and center pieces would be beautiful and they were without a doubt! I received so many compliments on my bouquet! She was utterly fantastic!

The flowers turned out beautiful, and I was very happy with them. Destiny was very nice, although I did have some trouble getting in touch with her a couple of times because my calls were not returned. We had our wedding on Christmas day, and the only other thing I wasn't happy with is the fact that the only way they would deliver the flowers on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day is if we paid a $500 delivery fee. I thought that was a bit extreme. Luckily our wedding coordinator agreed to pick them up for much less.

We used Fassler on the recommendation of our caterer, who works with Destiny frequently. We were very happy with the results. The flowers were amazing, and my only complaint about them was that I couldn't take them back to LA from Ohio with me! That said, let me explain the rankings....

Quality of Service:
Top notch. Destiny came through and delivered EXACTLY what I wanted, even though I gave her only a very vague idea of what that was. We got too many complements to count on them.

Responsiveness:
She wasn't any more or less responsive than other vendor's we worked with. We did loss contact for several months after a preliminary contract was sent. That was partly due to a lack of initiative on our part to contact her after we got this contract, and partly due to the fact that what are next steps were supposed to be was very vague.

Professionalism:
Very professional. She dealt with difficult communication situations involving our friend who was acting as a "wedding coordinator" of sorts, me, my mom, and my dad. She was away VERY nice, and accommodating.

Value for Cost:
Flowers are expensive. Especially wedding flowers. We paid alot for these flowers, and so we expected them to be phenomenal. They were.

Flexibility:
Very flexible. There were some last minute changes. She couldn't really know exactly what to do with the centerpieces until the day of because we were providing the containers. But she did a great job!

Honestly, Fassler and I had a tiny bump in the road that was caused by me being very OCD and wanting someone who is extremely responsive. That being said, I would recommend Fassler to anyone who is wanting to be blown away by their flowers. Destiny at Fasslers saw me in tears when I walked into my reception hall - I didn't even cry when I said my vows! She made my vision and dream a reality with beautiful centerpieces, bouquets and so much more. She totally blew us away and she has an incredible talent!

This is the only florist my family will go to for any service. The two ladies that work there are wonderful to do business with. They have a big selection of flowers and are willing to work with you and your price range! If you want different colors of roses this is the place to go. I chose all different shades of purple flowers since my colors were purple. They did a wonderful job and even infuse my bouquet with really pretty lavender and white roses! An added bonus was receiving different perfume samples!
