TERRI WAS AWESOMEEEE!!! I got married on 4/30/11 and she did a beautiful job on myself and all my bridesmaids! Everyone loved their makeup and I felt like a princess! She is great at what she does and has a good persoanlity, very personable. She listens to what you want and creates it perfectly. I would recommend her to all brides for them and their whole bridal party! Her prices were the best in the area and the airbrush stays put all day!

Faces by Terri is great...until you give them your deposit! I was drawn to them because they were offering hair/makeup for $50 each - I should have known right away that low prices = horrible service. Terri was very easy to communicate with in the beginning - she responded to e-mails and phone messages quickly, and worked up a contract that we agreed on. She asked for a $50 deposit with my signed contract. I sent everything to her, and from then on, she basically fell off the map. She would not respond to any e-mails or phone messages in a timely manner; in the event that she did respond to an e-mail, it was not well written and did not answer any of the questions I had asked. Even if I caught her on the phone (which was very rare), she would say she was busy and that she'd get right back to me - and then she would never call me back. All I wanted to do was schedule my trial run! It got to the point where I was pleading with her to please respond to my e-mails, and I got no response from her. Finally, when I sent her an e-mail telling her that I was no longer going to need her services because she is too unreliable, I finally heard back from her - she said she had been on some magazine photo shoot and was just getting to her messages now. It had been 18 days since I had first tried to contact her at this point.

This is unacceptable customer service in my opinion. If you are going to be out of town and not responding to e-mail or phone for an extended period of time, you need to let your clients know in advance.

Terri offered no apology, and did not return my deposit. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Terri does amazing work....everything raved at my wedding makeup. I used her for my engagement pictures as well so I knew that she was wonderful. She was at my house on time ready to go. She was very nice and friendly and does amazing work. I highly recommend her.

Terri did such a beautiful job on my make-up and all of my maids looked gorgeous. She really knows her stuff and makes you feel really relaxed!

LOVE LOVE LOVED all of the hair and makeup that their team provided for my wedding. They were wonderful with their skills as well as personalities! I would absolutly recommend using them!

With all the stresses of a wedding, I was relieved to have found Terri.
Very few were willing to travel all the way to my home for a trial basis, and then travel hours to my wedding Venue, Terri was more then accomadating.
I was worried about the severe allergic reaction I'd developped shortly before my wedding, but after Terri worked her 'magic' there was nothing to be seen, and to my relief very little make-up put on. (we all know how the "caked on make-up" effect drives us nuts)
