I'm glad I hired someone - you need help the day of. But, you get what you paid for, and from the beginning it was clear the coordinator was green and didn't have the best contacts for recommendations. The day of, she proved to be slow to respond and unassertive. There were also some scheduling setbacks she should have been more attentive to. On the plus side, she was very easy to talk to, always accessible and responded very quickly. She is very positive and supportive.
