I must say that one of the vendors that went ABOVE and BEYOND for us was Christine (our ChrissynRicky)...a true angel!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This girl was my shadow the entire day! I think one thing that every bride needs for her wedding day (whether you're having 70 people or 300) is a wedding day coordinator. Christine had just started her business but let me tell you, she is AMAZING! And I am not just saying that bc she is my friend...she is a such a good person and so made for this business!
Christined has then prospered in her business and has done an amazing job for all of her brides out there. She is professional, organized, to the point and yet very personable. You will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love Christine… she was so helpful day of the wedding. I knew she was the one when I sent her that first e-mail and she respond in 10 mins flat, that’s when I knew it would be a match made in heaven. She very easy to work with, eased all my anxieties and took control when a situation came up.
Ex. The day of the wedding my make-up artist was a no show and I was freaking out that to me was the worse thing that could happen but Christine took charge of the situation ensuring me that all will be well and putting on make up for not only me but for my mother & mother in law and our make-up looked stunning.

I hired Tara to be our day of planner for our wedding in New York City. She was very professional and helpful throughout the five months of planning and the day of the wedding. The best part was I didn't have to worry about any of the vendors leading up to and during our wedding day. We found out the week before the wedding that the streets around our reception venue were going to be closed for an Earth Day festival. Tara called all our vendors and worked out the details of where they would park etc. On our wedding day - the limo to take us to the church was caught in traffic and running late - Tara was in touch with them so I didn't have to worry about it. She came prepared and took care of the small details. I highly recommend Tara.

I've known Christine since 1998. We hung out every weekend basically for a few years and always adored each other. When I heard she started EAP, it was a no brain-er that she was the one I wanted for my DOC. True story: months before my husband proposed I emailed Christine and asked her to hold our wedding date as a just in case. After he popped the question, I contacted Christine and the "pencil hold" became sealed in ink! She helped with countless decisions, allowing me to give numerous choices and her narrowing them down for me. It was great to have someone's ear. For our final meeting she sat with Tom and I for an hour going over every single detail and answering all of our questions.
The day of the wedding she was early and started working as soon as she got there. She helped everyone and anyone. She had us on schedule and every thing flowed like a swiss clock. She bustled all of my girls' dresses, she helped me use the bathroom, she made me eat, fixed my hair, organized my wedding party army (over 25 people), she calmed my nerves and laughed at/with me!!! lol She is AWESOME and I can't recommend her ENOUGH!!!

I need to give Hollie from EAP a big e-hug and e-thumbs up. She kept me calm and collected on the day of, and took care of everything. Even though on the day of my wedding, she was sick and had no voice, she still ran around like a true pro and kept everything organized and moving along. If there were any problems, I never heard about them. PLUS, I had drawn up a detailed plan of how I wanted things set up at the venue, AND THEN FORGOT TO GIVE IT TO HER like the airheaded person I am but it didn't matter because when I got there, everything was pretty much where I wanted it. She is intuitive of your needs, and she is just FABULOUS. Absolutely one of the reasons why our wedding was SO. MUCH. FUN. was because she never let me worry about a thing.

We hired Tara from Exquisite Affairs Productions as our Day of Coordinator several months before our wedding. From our initial meeting she was very responsive to all our emails, and provided us with preferred vendors and vendor discounts. The day of the wedding she was so helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly - from coordinating shuttle buses to distributing tips at the end of the night, we would not have been able to enjoy the wedding as much as we did without her assistance. We would highly recommend Tara or anyone from EAP.

Christine Viola is a lifesaver! She was so helpful with all the aspects of my wedding and did so in a calm, even-keeled manner. I had such an amazing time on the actual day and the added bonus was that Christine was behind the scenes managing all the moving pieces. This was not only great for me, but the bridal party as well (since they end up carrying the brunt).
Since I had never planned a wedding before, I did not even know where to start. Christine made sure that I was on track and managed all the details for my wedding that I could not and did not want to handle for the event. She came with me to the important vendor meetings and has a wonderful rapport with them.
I would highly recommend EAP and Christine Viola to any bride who is looking to cut down on her stress and to have a very detail-oriented person behind the scenes making sure things go off without a misstep.

All I can say is that all the services rendered by Exquisite Affairs were phenomenal!
They truly went above and beyond the call of duty not only for the day of but way before it had even started.
Let me start out by saying we had a pretty big wedding. 1 maid of honor, 9 bridesmaids, 1 best man, 9 groomsmen, approximately 120 family members combined from both sides, and about 275 guest, a total of 416 people to be exact- Exquisite Affairs followed through with grace and elegance through any trouble faced that day- and we definitely did have our share. I was just so happy to have Christine there- she helped us stick to our time schedule and delivered an excellent performance throughout the day with supernatural powers.
Christine was there for me from the minute I started getting ready for my wedding to the church, during the ceremony and all the way through seating, dress changing, eating, and drinking and dancing at the reception a full twelve hour day.
Above And Beyond: Last minute, literally 2 days to go, I needed 65 boutonnieres and 46 corsages for family on both sides, to please both moms- Christine came through with her recommended florist, no fuss, no push backs, no questions, just helped in the only way she could which was to place the order for me and pick them up on the day of on her way to me.
Duty Calls: After the ceremony my photographer had made us make a list of pictures we needed taken with family along with our bridal party. With 120 family members you can't pick and choose which one of your mom's or your dad's brothers and sisters will you take pictures with- it was all or nothing. So Christine stood there for about 1 hour and a half helping call out families and cousins with names hard to prenunciate off of the lists and made it go very smoothly and successfully. We finished 1 hour before we had projected.
Phenomenal: The day of, my maid of honor and her sister, also one of my bridesmaids, realize they forgot to pick up their dresses to change into for the reception after the bridal party had taken pictures. At that point, I said just forget the dresses and stay in your gowns we'll be fine, Christine offered to go and pick them up while the bridal party enjoyed our share of appetizers and drinks in our bridal suite.
Exceptional: Christine made it back in plenty of time from picking up the dresses my maid of honor and my bridesmaid had forgot to pick up. She got back and she was ready to resolve seating chart issues- I mean dealing with 416 people and seating we knew we were going to have some unhappy people stealing seats. As mentioned earlier Christine came through with grace and elegance and I honestly wouldn't have survived without her.
Initially we had wanted to hire Christine for her services to yell(I mean voice our opinions) at people (photographer, bridal party, family) on the day of our wedding to keep us on schedule and keep things moving, because we didn't want to look like the bad guys and seem upset on our day. It turned out she assisted us in so many ways that truly my husband and I feel we will always be greatful for her being there on our wedding day for the rest of our life! Everything done by Exquisite Affairs was excellent and handled with a fabulous professional attitude!
They truly are EXQUISITE!

We worked with Christine who was very responsive and patient from the get-go. She went above and beyond during the planning process and met with us in person several times on top of being available 24/7 via email and phone. She was organized with forms and schedules and ensured there was always good vendor contact.
During the wedding, was also very good in herding guests and managing vendors. Though at times there were a few tense moments with scheduling and photos ops-- which I would attribute to just general wedding stress and working with so many moving elements.
Overall Christine went above and beyond and was a huge asset to our perfect day.

Christine Viola was a tremendous help to me and my husband as well as our parents throughout our wedding day. Christine also assisted in a major way in the last weeks leading up to our wedding, when the stress was at an ultimate high. She responded to my countless emails and phone calls in record time, and really made sure that every "t" was crossed and every "i" was dotted. I highly recommend Christine Viola for day of coordinator!!!!

Christine was extremely critical on my wedding day as a DOC. Even though I hired her with two weeks to my wedding, she jumped on board right away and caught on with a huge and complicated at home wedding. I don't know what I would have done had she not been there to think of everything that I was too overwhelmed to think of. Best of all, I had a glorious time on my wedding day and didn't have to worry that everything was happening the way it was supposed to- because Christine was all over that and it was. Very happy that we went with EAP and highly recommend their services.
