I hired Christine as my Day of Coordinator but she truly went above and beyond merely DOC services. I planned my wedding long distance from Illinois, so much of our correspondence was via email and phone. Christine was always responsive and often served as my eyes and ears when I could not meet with vendors in person. She offered valuable advice and was extremely patient throughout the planning process. Knowing that she was on top of everything truly enabled me to relax and enjoy our special day. I would recommend her services without hesitation.
I also used Laurie Correas of EAP for design and print services. Everything arrived in a timely manner and was packaged nicely. Laurie was very patient throughout the entire process and I was given ample opportunity to request changes and make modifications during the design process. Laurie also assisted with the design of our Gobo which turned out very nice and tied into our wedding theme perfectly. Everyone remarked how the Gobo, the wedding program, menu cards, and escort cards were beautiful.
The only very minor flaw was in the design of the escort cards. The font used was extremely small and many guests were unable to locate their cards in the dim lighting. I noticed when they arrived in the mail that the font was too small but with the wedding only days away there was not an opportunity to redo them. While I acknowledge that I should have noticed the font size during the proof approval process, I would think she would have noticed that the font size would be unreadable for most of our guests. With the exception of this minor glitch I would recommend using Laurie Correas for all your design and printing needs. She’s an excellent graphic designer and full of creative ideas.

Christine from EAP is a true professional.
She is by far one of the most organized people we dealt with during our wedding planning process and a great, great person overall.
She was instrumental during the course of our wedding and we cannot thank her enough.

Tara was so great. The 5 months leading up to our wedding she was there for me anytime i had a question and would get back to me with in the hour on everything. If i was looking for something she would get all the info on it she could to help me make my choices. The day of my wedding went with out any problems that i knew about- Just to have the extra person to help was awesome. Don't think about getting a DOC Just get one to make your special day one you dont have to worry about.

I hired Christine as the day-of coordinator for my wedding in New York City -- but she was so much more than just a day-of coordinator and was by my side for weeks before the wedding, helping me in a thousand different ways that went far above and beyond her job deion. She immediately put any concerns I had to rest, helped me through every step and went WAY above the call of duty to help me in every way in the months before the wedding. I work at a high-end wedding publication so I know something about the wedding industry, and how hard it can be on brides to navigate it. Christine deftly solved problems I wasn't even aware I had at the time, saving me stress and work. She also found ways for me to save money with many vendors -- effectively, the money I saved on them made up for the money I spent on hiring her. She is the best money I spent on any vendor for my wedding -- and I had some great ones. Her services were absolutely invaluable, and on the day of I seriously don't know what I would have done without her -- if I needed it done, she was there to do it and I just got to sit back, get married, enjoy and have fun with my guests instead of worrying about details. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is not only a day-of coordinator, she is your advocate. I only wish I had hired her earlier in the process.

We adore Christine! She is a wedding wizard and we 100% recommend her DOC services for every single bride (and groom who wants to keep his bride sane). Christine is creative, upbeat and incredibly detail oriented. I'm about as Type A as they come, and Christine immediately impressed me with her organizational skills (which doesn't happen easily).
Even if you are a do-it-yourself type and you don't think you need a DOC, my advice is treat yourself and book Christine. She will make your life so much easier!

Hiring Christine Viola to be our day-of-coordinator for our wedding at Angel Orensanz was one of the best decisions we ever mae! We HIGHLY recommend her to all stressed out brides and grooms!
From the moment I met Christine for the first time, I knew we had to hire her. Christine is a consummate professional with extensive contacts in the industry and an amazing creative streak. She exudes confidence and competence, and is always friendly and upbeat. Christine is incredibly responsive by phone and email and every question or request is treated as a priority by her. And with Christine's background in the finance industry, I met someone whose love of organization and attention to detail made me feel that Christine was always on top of everything. Christine made me feel at ease during a very stressful time - and during the actual day, she was an absolute godsend, making sure that everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed.
In short, Christine Viola is the best in the business. My first piece of advice to every new bride is: "Call Christine!"

I worked with Christine from Exquisite Affairs and highly, highly recommend her. I spent the previous 10 months working hard to plan my wedding and all the details and it was great to know that after all of that work, having her as my DOC on my wedding day, it was all executed flawlessly.
I couldn't have done it without her. Great Job!

Tara from EAP was a pleasure to work with. I could email her at any time with the smallest of question or concern and she would respond quickly with plans or ideas that suited me and my then fiancee's taste perfectly.
The day of the wedding she was quick and calming to not only me, but my immediate family, bridal party and vendors. When one of my vendors did not meet my expectations, she was on the phone and speaking to the owner of the company with in minutes. She defused the situation and made sure I was happy.
There was no question or doubt in my mind that I ever made a bad choice in getting her. My mother thanked me for having her to help with all the details of the day, that it helped her just enjoy the moment and day with our family and friends.

I am pretty sure my review will not do Tara Geremia, from Exquisite Affairs Productions justice, but I'll try. She was amazing from Day 1. We hired her as a "Day of" Coordinator, but she was in touch for about 3 months prior giving advice about how to handle certain things. And really was super responsive in any questions we had throughout that time!
If I tried to put a value on her service, it would be priceless. My new husband and I keep saying what a lifesaver she was! We didn't have to worry about one thing. She checked in with us throughout the evening at the exact perfect times and made sure we were having the time of our lives! Which we were!! I don't think a smile left either of our faces and Tara certainly made sure if it!

I had a very small wedding, but I was looking for someone to help with ceremony set-up and clean-up, to assist guests going the reception venue, and to set-up the reception venue. I did not need an all-day coordinator, just someone for a few hours. What I loved about EAP was that they offered a range of day-of-coordination packages. EAP's Something New package met my needs and provided an affordable option to my wedding coordination needs.
Christine Viola was my day-of-coordinator. I LOVED Christine. She responded immediately to my availability request. She was patient, professional, attentive, supportive and creative. Even though I was having a small wedding and did not require all-day service, she made me feel like my wedding day was important and special.
Christine is an extremely talented individual who loves weddings. Anyone who hires Christine will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Christine and Exquisite Affairs Productions.

I contacted EAP about their day of coordination packages. I booked with Christine almost immediately. She was the best vendor I booked. She took care of everything that I forgot to take care of (which was a lot). I had a hard time with a few of my other vendors. Christine helped me deal with them and find last minute replacements for a few of them. My entire wedding day went so smoothly because of her. My adorable little cousin ran up and hugged me with penne ala vodka all over her mouth... got sauce all over the front of my dress. I thought my dress was ruined. Christine fixed it so quickly that no one else even knew it happened! I highly reccommmend Exquisite Affairs Productions!

Words of advice: if you are considering hiring a day of coordinator, do it! I honestly believe that Tara from Exquisite Affairs Productions Inc. is the reason why my wedding ran so smoothly. Tara always responded quickly to my emails with professionalism and provided personal attention when I needed it the most. She truly went above an beyond her call of duty from calming my nerves down when the planning got tough (and it will, brides!), to meeting me at a coffee shop to look at my inspiration boards. Just like a little elf, she did all the behind the scenes tasks before anyone realized they even needed to be done. She's also very knowledgeable & successfully found my limousine for the day and our picture location at Gantry Park. She even sat with the limo driver & listened to the traffic reports to find out which route was best. From the moment I hired her to the day of the wedding, I knew I could turn to Tara for support & to tell me what I needed to do! She even called me the day before the wedding just to see how I was doing. Really, if you hire her you will not be disappointed. Her down to earth nature & positive attitude is great. My wedding wasn't even a week ago & I miss her already!

I simply cannot recommend anyone higher than I recommend Christine and Exquisite Affairs. She saved me so much time, money and aggravation in the months leading up to my wedding, and my wedding went off without a hitch -- thanks in large part to Christine's expertise. She's also just a wonderful and fun person -- just the perfect vendor.

Christine Viola is fabulous. This was my MOST VALUABLE wedding expense. It was worth every single penny. Christine was helpful, professional, supportive and an absolute pleasure to work with. I don't know what I would have done without her. She brought me peace of mind on one of the most important days of my life. I would recommend her to anyone without any hesitation.
