I decided last minute (literally 3 weeks before my wedding) that I needed/wanted a day-of wedding coordintor. I had assumed that there everyone was out of my budget and that the service I would get would not live up to what I needed BUT I was wrong! I was so pleased to be referred to Everlasting Elegant Wedding. It definitely helped to keep me calm knowing that I could go to either of the wedding coordinators for things instead of bugging my bridal party. Cynthia and her assistant were great! They both showed up to the Rehearsal dinner, picked up last minute things that I had forgoten that night, arrived bright and early on the day of and stayed until the bitter end! They were awesome and I'm so glad I had their support the last 3 weeks before my wedding (since that's when things get REALLY crazy!). They coordinated the schedule and made sure everyone (bridal party and vendors were on task). I highly recommend them, worth every dime! Thanks to BOTH OF YOU for helping me through the last 3 weeks of my wedding:)

My daughter got married on June 3, 2011, at A New Leaf in Chicago. We hired the services of Everlasting Elegant Weddings for the rehearsal and the day-off wedding coordinator. I felt we needed a wedding planner for two reasons. First, there was a large wedding party made up of 8 bridesmaids and 9 groomsmen and secondly, this was a destination wedding since I live in Miami and my daughter and finance live in Chicago.

Upon arriving at the venue for the rehearsal and meeting most of the wedding party for the first time, I was so relieved that Cynthia and her assistant took full control and placed everyone where they needed to be in a courteous and professional manner. The rehearsal took all of 30 minutes tops. Now that’s a lot of people to organize in such a short period of time. Cynthia also handed out timelines to everyone so that all could be on the same page the day of the wedding.

After a year of planning, the big day had finally arrived and the nerves and adrenalin were at a heightened level. It didn’t help that we got stuck in traffic on Lake Shore Drive during rush hour traffic on a Friday evening!! I spoke to Cynthia several times during this traffic jam and she assured me everything was fine. When we arrived, I found that all was in place…the party favors, the pictures of the beautiful couple displayed, the crystal decorations put up. All the major events of the wedding from the introduction of the wedding party, cake cutting, major dances, garter and bouquet toss were executed by Cynthia cueing the wedding party and guests in a professional and inviting manner.

In addition, she pinned up the brides dress to avoid getting it ripped or soiled, took our purses while we got our food, placed cupcakes in boxes to go, packed up the gifts, and also bubble wrapped and packed up the photos that were on display.

I cannot say enough about Everlasting Elegant Weddings and the professional level of service they provided. As the mother-of-the-bride, planning a destination wedding for almost a year, I really wanted to enjoy the moment and not have to worry about the organization of the day and that’s exactly what I and my daughter were able to do, thanks to Cynthia.

As I mentioned earlier, the wedding planner was the best money we spent from the wedding budget. I contacted six wedding planners and the price for day-off planners varied significantly. Cynthia was not the cheapest, but she was also not in the ridiculous range either. She was just perfect… The final touch to the beautiful wedding experience we were hoping to have.

I hired Everlasting elegant weddings for day of services for my wedding. Cynthia and her team were very great to work with. They were very prompt in responding to any questions I had, very thorough and always gave me ideas and advice on anything I needed. After researching other planners for day of services, they were the most reasonably priced and their services were well worth the money!

Wow!!!! Words cannot express how awesome Cynthia and her assistants are. We had to postpone our wedding twice and each time Cynthia was there tohelp us throgh everything. She is extremely professional and personable. It felt like we were her only clients. The price was unbeatable. Cynthia made sure that we got EVERYTHING we wnated and we stayed on budget. She has excellent ideas and makes things work even when others can't see how it will. If I was to renew my vows, have a party or a baby shower she will definitely be my coordinator. When you choose Everlasting Elegant Weddings you WILL NOT be disappointed.

While I was initially against the idea of getting a wedding planner, I'm glad that my fiance talked me into it. Plain and simply, Cynthia was a life saver. Planning a wedding can be fairly overwhelming, and I'm not sure that we would have made it to that day if my wife and I had to do it all ourselves. Cynthia and her staff made the entire process as painless as possible, keeping track of everything we needed, had finished, and hadn't even though about. Far from treating your wedding like a job, or treating you like a client, they approach the situation like you were friends or family and take a personal interest in you and your wedding. They take all the worry out of the situation and allow you to actually sit back and enjoy your wedding. Even when we had some major issues with our venue about a week and a half before the wedding and were ready to move the event to another venue, Cynthia was able to help smooth things over and keep everything going on schedule. I have no idea what we would have done without her, but I'm glad that I don't have to think about it.

Wedding day was perfect, no details forgotten.

Cynthia made our wedding wonderful! It was all that I had hoped for and she made it all possible. She went above and beyond on our wedding night and also with helping out some of our wedding party!

Cynthia is fantastic! From day one, we knew she was knowledgeable, helpful,and would go beyond the call of duty!

She helped me through so many of the wedding planning problems, she became more like a family psychologist than wedding planner. Cynthia worked her connections, got us great bargains, decorated the venue, and everything turned out magnificent. She has a great work ethic, always picks up her phone, returns emails, and goes the extra mile. I couldn't have done it without her.

Cynthia with Everlasting Elegant Wedding services is amazing, if you have her by your side, you don't have to worry about anything, she will make your planning, and particularly your wedding day totally stress-free, she will be there before you think you will need her help, she is such a big help on my wedding day.

Cynthia and her team made my dream wedding come true. She was so understanding of my busy schedule and took care of every single detail. When I walked into our reception venue it looked like it should have been on a cover of a wedding magazine -- and the best part is I didn't have to worry about a thing. I could just sit back and enjoy my special day. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner! Cynthia helped us plan our wedding from overseas, and she did a fantastic job. Always punctual and always responsive! She knows the wedding industry well, and can negotiate rates with vendors (which is unvaluable because vendors can be difficult to deal with on our own). If anyone out there needs to put the exclamation on there wedding, Cynthia will make it come true. We had all the puzzles pieces but she put it all together and then some. It kinda felt like we had a second mother helping us out. She was so kind and she is a great listener to are needs. Are entire wedding would have not come together with out Cynthia. She is truly worth every penny that we spent and we just made a friend for life. Here knowledge of different vendors and different ideas was very fresh and she made the day so much smoother.
