The wedding coordinator was organized and knowledgable. Our day went off without a hitch. A few minor issues arose the day before, and she assured me that it would be taken care of, and it was. Very efficient, professional and definitly worth it.

We were so pleased with the Eventdecorator's services from start to finish. Planning our decor and flowers was such a fun process with the creative director and she was very respectful of our budget and didn't try to oversell us. She was familiar with our venue too so at our decor consultation it was very helpful to be able to look at pictures from another wedding she had done at our venue. On the day of the wedding it was such a relief for us and our familiies to not have to think about the set-up of everything. The eventdecorator coordinated their arrival, set up and tear down directly with the venue and we were never involved in those logistics.

Having Jessica as our day of coordinator was quite possibly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was amazing. She kept everything on schedule and thought of every little detail - right down to bringing me my shall during the cocktail hour because it was cold and hanging on to my dad's reading glasses until he needed them for his speech. When we met with her 30 days before the wedding to brief her on our day she made some helpful suggestions re timing and details that we also really appreciated as we hadn't been involved in a a lot of weddings before ours.
I can't recommend the eventdecorator decor and coordination services enough - having such a great company handle all of the details associated with running the day and set up/tear down enabled me, my husand, and our families to truly enjoy the whole day and our guests.

Most brides are stressed out on their wedding day but that wasn't at all the case for me. I was able to enjoy my venue, my guests and my wedding because eventdecorator.com took care of all the details for me. I can't thank them enough for all the advice they provided before hand and for turning my wedding into a spectacular event. I had Jessica as my day of coordinator, and she was fabulous! She kept us on schedule, took care of last minute details, and kept me calm throughout the whole process. This was a total bang for my buck, and I would definitely use her services again. Although she was only hired as a day of coordinator, she got in touch with all of my vendors months prior to the wedding, provided them with our day of schedule/addresses/contact information, so that I wouldn't have to. She was also available to talk and meet months leading up to the big day!

My Daughter's dream was to have an outdoor wedding, and her fiance wanted it held at the family cottage on Lake Muskoka. Our challenge was, how do we transform this beautiful location into something that would look like a wedding was happening. Well, let me tell you, the best thing that could have happened to us was meeting Elizabeth and her team at Eventdecorator.com. From the first consolutation we knew we were in for something special.
She spent one on one time with my daughter and her fiance reviewing every detail to ensure their vision would come to reality. They came prepared with a color scheme and couple of ideas, and Elizabeth took it from there. By the end of the consultation she was to come up with a concept that we would never have imagined. The experience was amazing.
When the big day arrived, we stood looking at a drab looking tent, empty deck, and white chairs facing the lake where the ceremony will be held and imagining what was to happen. Then Elizabeth and Nicole arrived and began transforming the spaces into something that can only be described as spectacular. The tent was turned int a 5 star resort. The tables adorned with beautiful centerpieces, sparkling tablecloths and beautiful candles. The deck turned into a spectacular place for the guests to have a drink and enjoy the view of the lake. The arbour for the ceremony was breathtaking, the kissing balls on the chairs were so cute.
When the guests arrived their mouths dropped open in awe of the beauty of the decor. Everything flowed with the environment, the colors and florals complimented the location by the lake. The guest felt as though they were attending a wedding at a 5+ star hotel.

I wanted to let you know right away how much we appreciated your creativity and your team's professionalism - you made Linday and Steve's day a dream come true in SO many ways....

Working with you was so wonderful, as you took Lindsay's ideas, running with them to make a beatiful environment for both the ceremony and the reception; being patient with us dealing with details.... but most of all just giving them full confidence that beauty and professional detail would be provided was such a blessing.

There were so many comments about the flowers in particular and the vintage brooch 'twist' to the theme was a HUGE success. The brooches in the centrepieces were noted. Also, we decided to give the Canadian aunts on my side of the family each a one to wear at the ceremony and beyond to compliment the smaller brooches that were integrated into the Italian Aunt's corsages - they all were touched and LOVED the idea.

Of course, most of all - the Brooch Bouquet - there are NO WORDs to describe the beauty.... from the moment Lindsay saw it, her floral bouquet was set aside and she decided to carry the brooch bouquet.... everyone was talking - what is it? what is she carrying? can I see it? We all imagined the life stories of those vintage brooches sprinkled throughout the room.... where they had been , who had owned them - it was like a hundred more lives of experience were there with us on Saturday. The bouquet will be a unique keepsake that brought our brooch collection, and your creativity together to make a keepsake of a lifetime. Who knows, we may have started a new family tradition -the next generation may also choose to carry it at their weddings.

I would be amiss if I did not make a special note about Jessica - the day-of coordination was the greatest gift to Lindsay and I... and to Steve who worried the details on the wedding day. I dont think anyone else could have done the incredible job that Jessica did - she is one-of-a-kind for sure.

I was very excited for my wedding and to work with event decortor. Their work looked beautiful.

We had a phone consult to go over ideas for my wedding. It was so exciting. But when the price came I was shocked. It was so much money for not much. I explained that wasn't in my budget and reexplain what we could afford for a wedding. I was so confused. On the phone they had made it out that they could do beautiful decor for any price. Which wasn't the case. It need to be a set amount.

I had horrible communication with the company which was very stressful since I was planning a wedding from away. And it always seemed to be my fault.

When we did go to the event decor to see things come together I was so diappointed and hurt. They were anything but friendly. They made us feel horrible because we were working with a budget. They were upset that they couldn't spend thousands of dollars. And made us feel that our wedding wasn't going to look nice. They were able to provide some ideas so we could stretch our money as far as possible. But that appeared challenging for them. When my fiance and I left we were so upset. We would have canceled with them but we couldn't afford to loose our deposit.

On our wedding day our flowers came and they were prefect. They did an amazing job putting together our bouquets. I was over the top. They also put a lovely arrangement together for the wedding. As for the reception room, in my opionion nothing specail was done. It was what we could afford, but we could have done it.

I think if you have a large budget or no budget event decorators is a great comapny to use. But if you are on a budget between $25,000 to $30, 000. I would look else where

Event decorator did an outstanding job!! Our flowers and table settings and linens were spectacular. It was so nice to go through the planning process to know than all these details were taken care of and I really had nothing to worry about. I gave them a rough idea of what I wanted and when I saw the hall I was so happy. Every one commented on how beautiful everything looked and there was a fight for the centerpieces. Elizabeth, Debbie and the team are so quick and responsive and make sure they are address all your needs. It was so great to work with them, if you want this portion of your wedding to be worry free these are the people to call.

Eventdecorator.com provides decor, flowers and wedding planning. I would recommend setting your budget for all their services and meeting with Elizabeth to see all the fabulous design possibilities.
The fact they provide the flowers as well is great because it is one less vendor to deal with, their floral designs will compliment your decor choices perfectly and they provide the most beautiful floral arrangements. We had many compliments from guests for both floral and decor at our wedding.
They also will provide 2 types of wedding planning: full coordination or day-of-coordination. We used the day-of-coordination which was so helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly. We were able to fully enjoy our day, knowing Jessica would deal with any issues for us.
One recommendation I would make is to take advantage of the full coordination. I wish I had as it would have been so great to have a professional to help with the planning and to be there the day of to ensure your vision is achieved. So I would encourage any bride to book full coordination with eventdecorator.com.

The team at eventdecorator.com is incredible. They made sure they understood what I wanted, and delivered it flawlessly. I have very high expectations being a designer myself, and they had me speechless when I walked into my reception room (even though I knew what every detail would be!). I worked mostly with Elizabeth and Jessica face-to-face. Elizabeth has the abilities, vendors, and creativity to put together ANYTHING that one could dream of. Jessica has the connections, organization skills, and strong personality to take on all of the tedious details, make a bride's life much more sane, and run every aspect of the wedding day to perfection. Kelly can work florals like a mastermind, and Debbie is the 'behind-the-scenes' glue. Altogether, they are total rockstars, and I would recommend any bride snatch them up in a second for their own wedding.

I wanted an attention to detail, lush outdoor wedding and that is what Elizabeth and her crew provided for me and my husband. Everyone is still raving about the decor and our beautiful tent with chandeliers. By far the best wedding I've ever been to! ;)
