Was helped promptly to find the right dress. It arrived 2 weeks earlier than promised and was given the names of 2 local seamstresses for alterations. Paid a fair price for dress and veil. Very happy with the service and selection.

This company was GREAT with my dress. Even though I got my dress on sale because of it's uniqueness and difficulty to sell, they were very professional, gave me great advice and told me the honest truth when I was trying on dresses. I had the dress of my dreams and it was STUNNING!

We ordered our bridesmaids dresses through this company. The dresses were absolutely beautiful. The sashes were ordered in white instead of ivory; a small detail, but when you're pay $300/dress, you should receive what you order. Also, one of the dresses was ordered in the wrong size (though Ethos altered it at no cost to my bridesmaid).

Overall, not a terrible experience. You definitely get what you pay for (the dresses themselves were well worth the money).

I had a good experience at Ethos. Luckily, I only spent 1 day looking at dresses and knew exactly which one was for me. They played a big part in making me feel like a beautiful bride to be and gave me a lot of attention. They were a little slow to greet us at the door and they did seem a little hesitant to help me look for more dresses. But it all turned out well. The prices are fair - they provide a large coverage of prices and materials and styles. I would recommend them.

I didn't have too much dealings with the bridal salon, as I bought off the rack. But they were very helpful and gave me wonderful attention as I tried on dresses. They held the dress for me for a few days as I made up my mind, and paid to have it steamed just before my wedding. Overall, it was a good experience, but I didn't have too much dealings with them with regards to orders coming in or altering. (They do work with a tailor that they recommend. She slightly altered my dress, and was excellent.)

they were really good but i think my lady was having an off day she was a bit rude.
over all they had a great selection of dresses!!!! and id tell my friends about them for sure.
