User2270674 Sent on 08/14/2015I went to a few places to shop for wedding dresses and I have to say that Ethos had the best customer service. They let my mom and sisters take pictures and they listened to what I wanted. I found the most amazing dress there and my sisters also found their bridesmaids dresses there as well. -

I had tried on about 15 other ones at different stores, but by the end of the day I was feeling pretty deflated because none seemed make me feel like I hoped to. The last dress I tried on was at Ethos, and it was the first and only one I tried on. I burst into tears because I finally felt like a gorgeous bride.
I was expecting the dress to be $3000 more than it actually was because it was stunning, but it fit right within my budget.
The staff was very kind and attentive, and I definitely recommend everyone looking there regardless of age because they have everything. -
User1820054 Sent on 09/20/2014I got my dress at Ethos, it came in after 4 months looking absolutely beautiful. I took it to an off-site seamstress as Ethos were booked completely. She did a horrible job on my dress and I only had 2 weeks before my wedding to go. I took the dress back to Ethos and not only were they professional about the situation, they took my dress no questions asked and made it look amazing!! Thank you Ethos!! -
User1180337 Sent on 05/30/2013I purchsed my wedding dress at Ethos Bridal, I went in there not really knowing what kind of dress that I wanted. When I went in they told me to pick out 4 dresses and then the lady that was helping me also picked out 4 dresses. I had 5 of my family and friends with me while I was trying on dresses and they were more than happy to allow them all to come into the fitting room area with me. When it came down to it there was a dress that I really liked the style of other than the fact that it had a strap on it and I was certain that I wanted a strapless dress. The lady who was helping me informed me that I could alter that and make it strapless if that is what I wanted to do. I ended up purchasing that dress and in the end I decided to keep the strap on the dress at was very elegant and looked amazing in the end. I also had my dress altered at Ethos and they were more than accomodating I set up a consultation and my seamstress was Bic she is amazing!!! She did exactly what I asked and after 3 fitting appointments the dress was perfect and fit like a glove. I was so happy with the service overall at Ethos that my mom actually purchased her dress for the wedding from there, just a simple black cocktail like dress and they altered it for her as well. The prices for alterations and the dresses are so affordable. I recommend you take a look at ethos for your dress or your bridesmaids

Kimberley Sent on 05/21/2015When I went into Ethos for my wedding dress it is not what I thought from the outside. It is a huge shop! When we arrived we were asked to take our shoes off which was no problem but I had my grandmother with me and she was unable to and they were totally okay with that. I met with a lovely lady, she took me aside and we talked about my vision and what I wanted to look like and what styles I was looking at for myself to wear. We walked around the shop and she was showing me different dresses for me to try on, I was very overwhelmed with everything I basically let her put me into anything. All the dresses she pulled for me were beautiful and they fit my body type and my theme. She pulled one dress, a mermaid tulle dress which I was not too keen on but I tried it and that was the dress I bought. In the dressing room she was so helpful and answered all my questions and we started talking about my fiance and the wedding, she was able to keep me cool and calm. When you "Say yes to the Dress" they get you to ring a bell and everyone cheers for you, it was a very nice way to celebrate that. Before we left she gave me a beautiful garter for me to wear for my wedding. I strongly would recommend this bridal salon to anyone! They have an awesome team of ladies! -

I was feeling discouraged after having no luck anywhere else and the lady there took me under my wing and found me the perfect dress. She made sure it was in my budget and let me send pictures to my mom who lives in another city. All the girls working there were so friendly and welcomed me in even though I didn't have an appointment. I would definitely recommend Ethos to any of my friends and clients, it was a really fun time :-)

User2482527 Sent on 12/28/2015I visited several bridal salons in Calgary and ended up returning to Ethos for the dress I tried on during one of my trips.Even though my dress was quite expensive it was an absolute beauty and the service was great!I was always taken care of by several ladies at the same time and they were nice and friendly.I also felt i was never pushed into buying anything.I ordered my dress in January and it came in in July,i was not in a rush but I was warned Its better to order way ahead of time.The dress was delivered without any problem.Later i came in to do alterations.Not cheap but must be an avarage price.Was also done fast and I can say my overall experience was great. : ) Thanks Ethos!

Elizabeth Sent on 06/02/2013Over all, I was quite happy with my experience with Ethos. My consultant, Jane, was absolutely wonderful! She was very helpful and professional and really listened to me. I helped that I knew exactly what I was looking for, but she really worked with me to make sure I got my perfect dress.
This salon is very business-minded in that they don't really go out of their way to give you that warm, fuzzy experience, but you cannot beat their selection. If you want to really feel fussed over and that you are a big deal, this is not likely the salon for you. If you want knowledgeable consultants and a great selection, you should check them out.
Since they can be a little pricey, I would suggest waiting to make a purchase from Ethos until after a bridal fair as they do give out 10% off coupons at the bridal fairs.
Also, their alterations department is great! Again, a little pricey, but the girls they have working for them down there are very talented and do a great job. Very much worth the money in my opinion.
