Jenny was awesome. Not only did she take time to truly listen and find pictures of what she thought I was describing to make sure we were on the same page but she asked about how the other aspects of my wedding were coming along. I could call or email and would get a prompt response to my questions or changes. We started out by planning my dream wedding and then made the same concept fit my budget. She always kept my budget in mind giving me multiple ways on how to save while keeping the theme I wanted. I didn't feel I lacked anything while keeping within my budget. She went above and beyond, even going as far to giving me her cell phone number and went searching for my photographer when he went missing! My flowers and decor were gushed over by my guests (and myself) and were still unbelievable in the pictures.

From the onset, we were looking to create an elegant evening of romance that was intimate, yet dramatic. After our initial consult with Jennie Polloway, we knew we had found the perfect fit. Elizabeth Wray Design is a company filled with talented people, quality products, and outstanding services that met all of our needs and was financially practical!
At every turn, we were met with welcoming and friendly service. The entire process from choosing colors, flowers, candles, chairs, and linens, to designing menus and programs was fun and exciting. Because we utilized their 'week of' wedding planning services, we were able to unwind and relax before our big day!
Working up to the day of our wedding - Wow - there is no way we can adequately describe what Elizabeth, Jennie and the whole team did for us... everything was absolutely beautiful and the entire ceremony and reception site was dripping in elegant roses and an ambiance of romance. They also ensured that we kept on schedule and took care of any challenges that came up throughout the night so that we were able to just relax and enjoy the celebration with our guests. Using their creative genius, the staff at Elizabeth Wray Design helped make our event a truly remarkable and memorable evening.
The romance didn't end when the day was over and we headed home. Kristen, who had been wonderful in assisting the bride throughout the day, helped create a special welcome home to us newlyweds. She placed ceremony arrangements throughout our home and a trail of rose petals from the front door to our master ensuite - which was overflowing with floral centerpieces and rose petals...need we say more?
In addition to their expertise in planning, flowers, and decor, the pros at Elizabeth Wray Design have absolutely mastered the art of customer service! It just does not get any better than this! Elizabeth Wray Design did a tremendous job with our decor. Upon meeting Elizabeth, she immediately was able to determine the style of decor I was envisioning for my wedding simply by asking me a few questions. She offered suggestions of flower types that would match well with the style I was looking for.
When I arrived at the ceremony, the flowers were EXACTLY what I had envisioned! The color combination we had chosen was spectacular and the team did a fabulous job arranging the flowers.
When I arrived at the venue for the reception, the room took my breath away! The center pieces that Elizabeth had suggested (half high-ups and half down-lows) looked amazing! Our guests have commented on how beautiful the arrangements were and fought over who got to take them home with them! They were saddened to learn that Elizabeth Wray only focuses on weddings because several do corporate meetings and were hoping to use her for flowers.
My family and I cannot thank Elizabeth Wray Design enough for their fantastic job! The entire process was easy and we knew we were in the good hands of true professionals. Our flowers were better than we envisioned because of their talent and expertise!!

Elizabeth and her staff are truly amazing and wonderful to work with! They make all your wedding day dreams come true! The flowers they provided for our wedding looked like they were taken from the pages of a magazine! Our flowers were so beautiful they took my breath away. All of our guest said they had never been to a wedding with such gorgeous flowers. Every detail of their designs were perfect! I cannot say enough good things about elizabeth and her staff. I would recommend them to anyone!

Elizabeth Wray and her staff are AMAZING!! I live in San Diego and was married in IL so you would think the distance would be challenging to plan a wedding. Elizabeth made my experience so easy and the result was the most gorgeous flowers that I have ever seen. She also did my programs, menu cards, Framed Seating Chart, and placed my favors for me at the reception. She made me feel so at ease...a true professional! I cannot tell you how many guests complimented me on all of the items that Elizabeth Wray Design handled for me. She and her staff were a huge part in making my wedding the best day of my life.

The flowers and decorations were absolutely stunning. Our guests are still raving about the flowers! Our neighbors even decided that we are all landscaping our yards to match the floral color combinations at the wedding. Since it was May and the weather could have gone either way, they were even ready with a contingency plan. We could not have asked for a better company or consultant to work with. We feel that they went above and beyond our expectations. They know the true meaning of customer service by making their customers feel like they aren't just a number. We felt like our wedding was just as important to them as it was to us. Thanks again!

Impeccable! That is the only word to describe. Everything was perfect down to the very last detail. While she is pricey, it is well worth it and the room was completely transformed due to Elizabeth and her teams diligent effort. She took my vision and truly expanded it into exactly what I pictured in my head but couldn't ever possibly put together tangibly. I knew going in that she was going to be pricey, but didn't bother looking at anyone else as she is the best and it truly showed. All of our guests were raving about everything.

I had the best experience using Elizabeth Wray. My sister got married 2 years before me and used Elizabeth as well. I knew going into this that she did phenomenal work and was extremely professional and reliable. I went into our meeting with a few ideas and Elizabeth helped me really put it all together. The ceremony and reception looked amazing due to the work that Elizabeth and her team did. She made my dream a reality. I would highly recommend using Elizabeth Wray design.

Elizabeth and her staff were exceptional. I was upset at first that she was unable to complete our flowers and decor for our wedding, because she already was booked for our day. However she quickly found out she was already doing an out door wedding at the same location so in the end it worked out !! My husband and I at the time lived in Arizona. We met with her once and that was all it took. Our ballroom at Eaglewood Resort and Spa in Itasca was unbelievable from the inital entrance (place card table), to the outdoor cocktail hour, to the grand ballroom. There was not once position untouched with Elizabeth's design. The bridesmaids bouquets were in the 2008 edition of The Knot :"Best Weddings 2008" for best "bouquets"
Her and her staff also provided the flowers for the church ceremony. To this day our wedding decor is still talked about and even replicated by other brides. I am so thankful for her. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

My experience with Elizabeth Wray and her staff made my wedding truly unforgettable for not only myself but also for the guests. She knew what my vision was and made it come to life. Every detail was thought of and the flowers were stunning. I wish I could have my wedding again! I also used her was my wedding planner and without her I would have turned into bridezilla...she kept me calm and every aspect of my day was perfectly coordinated and handled flawlessly. She may be pricey but she is worth every penny and then some...my parents thought she was a little expensive and after the wedding my dad said he would have paid more that is how happy he was. She is wonderful not only as a vendor to work with but also on a personal level...she is simply the best!
