Eleven courses was super responsible and flexible with our wedding menu! Guests are still talking to us about the cornbread we served at our wedding. They were super flexible with our last minute signature drink, had all of our guests food allergies and sensitivities handled, and were super attentive during the day of the wedding! -

We hired Eleven Courses for our wedding and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Not to mention they had the best pricing of any of the caterers we talked to. Raquel, Braxton, Lauryn and Grace were all fantastic. They made sure our venue was setup exactly the way we wanted and the food was delicious. We got so many compliments. I highly recommend Eleven Courses!! -

Eleven Courses was phenomenal for our wedding. They offered an amazing menu selection with incredible food. There are so many options so you can put together the perfect menu for you, but you never feel overwhelmed by all of the choices. For our Maryland wedding, we had so many guests compliment the food by saying it was the best crabcake they ever had! And the wedding cake they prepared was the best cake we ever had! Not only was the food tasty, but the servers and bartenders did an amazing job. Most importantly, while working with the Eleven Courses team, we felt constantly reassured that they were on top of everything and able to handle any special requests we had. They also did a great job making recommendations to us when we needed it. Eleven Courses was a major highlight of our wedding and we are so glad we picked them to be our caterer. -

Eleven Courses catered the welcome party that my wife and I had the day before our wedding and they were awesome! Our budget was a little on the low end for them but they were completely professional, super responsive and helpful. Their food was amazing, we did kind of a buffet style situation which worked great for us at the AVAM cafe. They made our signature cocktails and helped us with linens. They were truly a pleasure to work with and I would 100% recommend working with them if you get the chance! -

I own and operate an event planning company called IMPACT Collective. We met Eleven Courses at one of our venue sites called Whitehall in Annapolis. Their owner Jim is a fierce and friendly leader who leads by example. You can tell that he has a passion for what he does. He is humble and loves to serve his clients. Without a doubt, Eleven Courses has an incredible staff and super delicious food. Their options are so unique and tasty, leaving our guests always wanting more. Another colleague, Kim, worked with and my wife on a private event and did a fabulous job. Her customer service and friendly approach kept our friends and family feeling like they were royalty. The apple doesn't fall far from the company tree at Eleven Courses Catering. I can't recommend them enough for weddings, corporate events and personal events! -

There wasn’t a guest at our wedding that didn’t mention how amazing the food was! Raquel never let my cup go empty, the chef personally checked on us throughout the meal, and the food was to die for. -

Eleven Courses Catering & Events catered for our wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with the wonderful, and affordable, services they provided. The food options we selected for our cocktail hour and buffet style dinner course were nothing short of delicious and the portions were plentiful. In addition to the food served, we were also impressed with the wide array of options and the day-of service for our open bar. Eleven Courses staff also helped us to create our “his” and “hers” drinks, which turned out to be exactly what we wanted and more. In the months leading up to our wedding, all of the staff (most often Raquel and Emily) were incredibly helpful and friendly whenever we reached out with questions. On the day of our wedding, Matt was also a pleasure to work with and was very attentive to guests’ dietary restrictions and other needs/requests.
In short, Eleven Courses played a large role in helping to make our wedding a perfect day. For this, we cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for catering for their own wedding! -

Our entire menu was gluten free because one of us has a sensitivity. Eleven Courses, from the beginning, was knowledgeable and showed us everything that is already gluten free or can be made gluten free. We ended up with a double entree plate that was such a hit with guests and the crEATe desserts were to die for! I am still dreaming about that banana bourbon pie. We got to taste everything - even though we missed cocktail hour they had a spread of the appetizers waiting for us at the sweetheart table. They served us dessert and made sure our cup was never empty of whatever drink we wanted. The wedding was originally supposed to be Sept 2020 and these guys stuck with us through Covid until we could finally celebrate in April 2022! Amazing team and amazing experience! -

Eleven Courses Rocks the Catering Scene!
As the wedding venue owner of La Banque de Fleuve, we are always looking for excellence in concept to offer to our clients. Eleven Courses fits that bill completely! Their food is imaginative when asked for and simple when desired, but always beautiful and delicious! They arrive with a smile on their faces, take excellent care of our guests and venue. We love having them in Havre de Grace at both our waterfront and historic venues. Looking forward to seeing them in the upcoming 2020 wedding season!

After researching dozens of local MD caterers, we were so happy we decided on Eleven Courses for our wedding day. We found the perfect venue with a wedding date only 4 weeks out so finding a caterer quickly was our biggest worry. Jim made this process very comfortable and as soon as we talked to him we felt at ease. Jim reassured us that Eleven Courses had the expertise and experience to put together our vision in such a short time frame and he was absolutely right. EC made the planning process smooth and fun. They had many versatile options which allowed us to customize our day of menu within our budget. Jim was accessible, responsive and shared his wedding day experience with us to make planning in such short notice much easier. Jim was direct and clear with us and when we had a small discrepancy the week of the wedding, Jim personally handled it and met us half way which we really appreciated. Nick and the head chef made the tasting experience fun and the logistics simple. The food was very good and we had so many options to select from. Matt and Jamie did an excellent job as day of coordinators and we really enjoyed having them at our wedding. They kept up with our busy timeline and worked well with our wedding coordinator to make everything come together seamlessly. Our servers and especially bartenders were personable and efficient. The entire staff helped make this a perfect worry free day for us. Eleven Courses combines expertise, day of experience, many great food options, and friendly and professional service with a competitive price. We are very happy we selected Eleven Courses and would absolutely use them again as well as recommend highly for wedding catering. -

I am a Covid bride whose original date was 09/18/2020. We booked this team In February of that year and we have no regrets. When Covid hit we were allowed to move our date with no fees or penalties to 08/27/2021. Then our venue closed suddenly without any warning or notice (less than 90 days out). We only found out when our emails bounced back. We immediately reached out to Jim and his team and they were beyond understanding and left us an open window to find a new venue and again, no fees or penalties accessed. My biggest fear was losing out on the money we had paid the venue and catering and having to a have a backyard yard wedding with boxed lunches because of our contract. Jim and his team told me immediately to clear my tears and don’t stress.
Worth mentioning, the food we had at the tasting was amazing!
I have Nothing but high praises for Eleven Courses. You will not regret this decision. There are plenty of couples who are left with nothing after businesses closed due to Covid but we are beyond blessed that people worked with us when they did not have to. -

Our guests complimented the food over and over again, especially the appetizers including bite sized chicken and waffles, fish tacos, and crab dip. The dinner food was also amazing! Everyone at Eleven Courses was an absolute please to work with and were so accommodating of our small windows of opportunity to come home for a tasting and meeting, as we were panning our wedding from across the country. For alcohol, we were able to provided our own alcohol and Eleven Courses provided the licensed bartenders. Linens were also provided. The day of, everyone was wonderful and kept our glasses and plates full while we were busy visiting with guests and enjoying the day! Highly recommend! -

Eleven Courses catered my wedding this past October, a small(ish) 50-person cocktail hour and plated dinner. Let me preface this by saying I used to be an event planner for a hotel chain so I'm very familiar with the amount of time and detail that goes into a wedding... Or any social event... Small or large.
My husband and I reached out to about 6-8 catering companies to research menus, pricing and inclusions which was a little overwhelming. But of them all, only Eleven Courses asked immediately to schedule a call with us so they could better understand our vision for the day. That first phone call was with the owner himself. He was extremely personable, professional and made us feel comfortable like we were talking to a friend... And by the time the call ended, my husband and I actually felt excited instead of overwhelmed. We immediately started envisioning our menu as if Eleven Courses was the only caterer. The prices were comparable to the other caterer we were considering, but we already felt the connection with Eleven Courses and I was excited about the menu they provided. (They were also much lower priced than a few other caterers we reached out to, and there were 1 or 2 caterers even lower but I felt like you'd get what you paid for with the lowest priced options).
Eleven Courses offered a tasting and everything was DELICIOUS. Not only was the presentation of everything impressive, the flavors were right on point. We asked the chef to suggest an alternative option to the fish entree on the menu, and his tweaked rendition was phenomenal. They are extremely accommodating and creative. We got a ton of compliments from our guests after the wedding as well! I definitely suggest the fried green tomato slider (appetizer), the tiger shrimp crusted in quinoa (appetizer), rockfish in garlic cream sauce (entree-this was the modified item) and the truffle potatoes. Ohhhh and the milk and cookie bar 😊
Lastly, the planning and execution were not the only things on point. During the wedding, Raquel and her team were extremely attentive and checked in with myself and my husband throughout the evening... Bringing us side plates of all the cocktail appetizers since we were so busy with the photographer and family. They ensured we always had a drink in hand, and offered to bring us seconds of anything we wanted after dinner. We also were given a to-go bag of cookies to bring home with us.
Thank you Raquel, Chef, and ALL the others that partook in my wedding. You made the night feel seamless. If anyone is considering them, do it!!!!! -

Eleven Courses went above and beyond for our wedding on August 29, 2020 and the food was AMAZING! They stuck it out with us after having to postpone from March 21, 2020 and having to change venues 3 different times due to COVID. They didn't complain once, attended walk throughs at each of our 3 venues and was happy to do anything to make our day happen and to make it special. COVID caused a lot of issues with venue changes and plans, but they stood by our side throughout the whole process. I am very thankful for our point person Raquel! She made sure that our day went smoothly and made sure we were taken care of all night. She truly went beyond her job description to make sure our day was perfect. I would highly recommend Eleven Courses!!! -

I had contacted Eleven Courses for my fiance and I's wedding for next year and Staci was able to fit us in for a tasting that same day due to some scheduling conflicts on my fiance and I's part in not being able to come in sooner.
The food we had for the tasting was absolutely delicious and Jim the owner, as well as Staci answered all of our questions and concerns that we may have had about or potential menu. They made us feel confident about having them host food for our wedding and we booked them on the spot.
I couldn't recommend them enough! Their food, as well as customer service has been nothing short of amazing.
