Connie called me within minutes of our online request for information and everything went perfect from there on.
From her suggestions, to last minute details and organization everything was exactly as we pictured and so much more! So many of our guests commented on how "relaxed" and "calm" we were and for both myself and the groom it just came down to knowing that everything had already been arranged and taken care of through Connie and her assistant.

Connie, Heather and Nathan were a huge help in orchestrating our Epic Winter Wonderland Wedding at Sunshine Village. The first reason we contacted them was because we are a 4 hour flight away from Sunshine Village and didn't want to be stressed the day of the wedding with the 'small stuff'.

However, Connie and her team went over and above to make sure our day was perfect! They were a pleasure to work with and provided us with lots of extra contact information and reminded us of things we didn't even think of! The night before the wedding all of a sudden I remembered I had forgot to call the makeup artists to confirm the time. I spoke to Connie and it turned out she had already spoken to them and they were all set! Little things like that made the day flawless! Connie Grace at Elegant Banff Occasions was extremely professional and helped guide my new husband and I through the wedding process with ease. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge on the Banff area and what services/vendors are available to suit your style of wedding. One of the things I liked best about working with her was her overall calm and gentle nature. She was always organized, calm and cool and if something came up that we were at all worried about or weren't sure about she just "handled" and in many ways "de-stressed" any uncertain situations. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

Connie is great!!! Awesome service, just took care of all the behind the scenes issues. It was so great to have someone local to handle things. We even needed a cake for the mother of the groom's birthday, very last minute and she made it so easy. One wish we had is that these ratings could go higher than 5!!! If one could a storybook wedding, Connie did it for us. As one of our guests commented "Any more fun and it would have been illegal!" For Connie to coordinate a wedding between 2 countries, 3 states (insantity, Montana and Minnesota) was a remarkable feat to say the least! As two incredibly busy professionals, we found her services invaluable and she was worth every penny invested!!! With her confident, competent (oh, did we mention during the wedding planning she managed to find time to give birth to a beautiful child?) coordination of the wedding plans and details, our guests felt they had an "over the top lifetime experience". Our Wedding Day on August 9th was our dream wedding all because of Connie's dedication and commitment to helping make our special day a dream come true. The first time I spoke to Connie, I felt a security in her voice that made me relaxed and comfortable immediately...from that point I knew that she would be the best wedding coordinator for us. Our main goal for our wedding day was to be calm, organized and stress free, and Connie and her team did exactly what we wanted. They were extremely efficient, provided many options and suppliers to us, and were flexible to our needs. It is my pleasure to write this review of Elegant Banff Occasions, an event planning company based in breathtaking Banff, Alberta, Canada. My new husband and I enjoyed an amazing wedding weekend with our family and friends this past July, in large part thanks to the planning excellence of EBO. Since our wedding, so many people have told us that ours was the best wedding they have every been to. I was particularly impressed with EBO because I was planning the wedding from afar (I was living in Toronto at the time), but still always felt like everything was being taken care for me. EBO is headed by Connie Grace, one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and reliable people I have ever worked with. There are so many vulnerabilities when planning a wedding (emotional, aesthetic, financial!), but I always felt that Connie had my (as opposed to any vendor's) best interests at heart. I was also blown away time and time again by two things. First, Connie and the rest of the EBO team made me feel like they were planning my wedding and my wedding alone, even though in reality I know they had a million other things going on. Second, so often Connie would have anticipated some request of mine before I had made it and would already have a solution in mind when I asked. For example, before I even thought of hair and makeup, she had already booked us in at the luxurious Willow Stream Spa at the Banff Springs Hotel. Before I even started thinking about transportation, she had a Bentley on hold. Small acts like this go beyond efficiency and professionalism to the realm of true passion for what EBO does and compassion for those they work with. In the end, our wedding was a literal feast for the senses - the colors, the decor, the flowers, the music, the food (!) - and every where was a little piece of EBO. For this we are both truly thankful and cannot recommend EBO enough. If you are thinking about getting married in the Canadian Rockies - DO IT!! The scenery is unbelievable, the venues and food are exquisite, and with EBO on your side, you and your guests will enjoy a wedding beyond your wildest dreams!

We hadn't even hired her for our big day but it turns out that she volonteers at the church where our ceremoney was.

We had actually hired a different wedding planner to assist us and as it turned out were forced to let her go. That is a long storey that doesn't need to be repeated here. Needless to say, Connie stepped in without us even asking and provided an amazing level of service and efficiency to us out of the kindness of her heart!

We were blessed to have Connie around helping us out on our big day. We would highly recommed Elegant Banff Occasions to anybody planning on getting married in the Banff, Canmore, Rocky Mountain area!

Elegant Banff Occasions was fantastic! Owning our own businesses, we really had very little time to deal with the details of our wedding but we gave our planner photos to give her the idea of what we were after and she nailed it under budget! She went above and beyond keeping us on track in our city by sending us reminders meeting with us when we did get to Banff etc. What an angel. We could not have pulled anything like this off ourselves and impressed the in laws the way we did if it were not for Connie Grace.
