I was worried that planning a wedding abroad in a country where I don't speak the language would be stressful and complicated. But I cannot believe how stress-free and easy Francesca and Massimiliano made every step of the process. They are AMAZING! We are Americans who married in Italy in a Catholic- legally recognized ceremony -so there was a lot paperwork but the process was made so easy. We had help at every turn. We are so grateful for all that they did for us! I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the entire trip and event were. Every time we had a question or concern, they were readily available and responded quickly. They are wonderful people and they are extremely organized planners. Every detail was taken care of and executed with finesse. We will truly be forever thankful to have met them and worked with them!

Andrew and I had the most amazing wedding. It's quite daunting to book a wedding abroad without knowing the area so it was geat to have an expert who could help and advise without us seeing things. it was especailly lovely to have someone who was genuinly interested in the wedding too rather than just selling us extras! We felt completely confident in Francesca to recommend and book our wedding for us. We were extremely pleased with the church - it was beautiful. We had visited about 8 months before our wedding day to check out the accomodation and reception venue however we hadnt visited the church. When i first started to plan the wedding, i was overwhelmed with choice of location etc. I told Efffetti what we wanted and they came back with a selection of places tailored to what we wanted to help make our decision a lot easier. Their expertise in arranging a catholic weddnig was also brilliant. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and we couldnt have done it without them. You do get a bit nervous when you're trying to organise the most important day in your life especially when you are not in the same country and are handing the responsibility over to someone else, but we had nothing to worry about. When we met you we felt totally relaxed that everything seemed organised just how we wanted it. You had looked after everything we had requested and also things we had forgotten about. We want to also thank you so much for sorting out our marriage certificates and for sending us the photos you took. The hairdresser you booked was also amazing. If we ever know of anyone who is wanting to get married in Italy we would recommend you to them in an instant. Francescan and Massimiliano are wonderful to partner with to plan and organize the details of your wedding. I was very apprehensive selecting a wedding planner via the internet but after careful consideration and reference checking, I felt comfortable most with Francesca. Honestly, Effetti won our business since they were so responsive and sincerely appeared to be committed to knowing us as a couple and wanting to give us exactly what we asked for and made sure they researched options to give us good options and cost estimates.

This wedding planner went above and beyond. She not only helped me choose the most beautiful venue for my special day, she also added a few small personal touches that really helped to make the day the most magical day of my life. Thank you so much for helping me have the wedding of my dreams.

Once we had decided we wanted to get married in Tuscany I did a lot of research into cost etc, and was a bit daunted by how many wedding planners wanted to organise a huge wedding, reception and even your accomodation, which obviously created a massive bill! There were very few who seemed to be interested in just organising a small ceremony and reception, until I found Francesca! From the first time we spoke I knew she would do exactly what we wanted, it made no difference that what we wanted was tiny, and give it the same attention as she would have done a huge wedding!

In reality she surpassed all of our expectations, she was available at all times to answer any (sometimes extremely silly!) questions we had, and never treated us as though we were being a pain in the rear! As a result we had the most amazing time in Tuscany, and our wedding day was the best day of both our lives. Francesca and Max were both so supportive and we feel as though we have made friends over and above it being a service that they provided.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Francesca and Efffetti wholeheartedly, no matter how big or small your wedding is you will be treated as though you are their only client.

We got married earlier this year in a wonderful small town in Tuscany. A last minute change of plans meant we didn't have much time to get it organised. We didn't know if it was going to be possible at such short notice but I found the best wedding planner ever, that made the whole wedding and planning so simple and so special. Efffetti were very quick to respond to my request and I could not recommend them highly enough. Even though our wedding was a small affair they never once made us feel as if it were less important to them. If anything we felt more looked after. Every detail had been thought through and we were so well looked after when we arrived in Italy, from being taken to the hairdresser to finding a tailor for a last minute suit adjustment on the actual wedding day! It was such a perfect day for us, and it was all thanks to Efffetti and their kindness and professionalism.

I spent lots of time researching online and through email potential wedding planning services. I was going at hiring a planner "blind" as that I had no contacts to rely on for recommendations. I was at a point of frustration with other companies not responding to requests, or if I did get a reply, not considering my budget.
However, when I found Francesca, I felt immediately at ease. She was nothing but warm, friendly, understanding of my vision and budget. Most importantly, she was accessible. This was so important given I am in Canada, speak no Italian, and had time change considerations. Nor have I been to the country! I needn't have feared, for Francesca was so flexible with skype emails, not to mention prompt responses to my emails, and to update me on progress before I would even have a chance to ask!
My wedding experience was amazing, more then I could have dreamed of. She did wonders with flowers, transportation, translating, coordinating- everything! Everyone who attended continues to rave about both Francesca and Max, and I feel the same way!
