I ordered our wedding cake and the groom's cake from Edible Art of Charlotte and they did a great job on both! I designed both cakes and they were very patient and accomodating throughout the design process.

Edible Arts was a joy to work with. I took them a picture and they worked with that. They offered suggestions and helpful tips. They were professional and very responsive by phone or e-mail. The only con with them is that they are a little pricey but in comparison to the other bakeries they are worth the price.

The cake was very pretty and exactly what I asked for. However, we ordered a simple vanilla pound cake with buttercream icing, and it did not taste very good. We had so much left because no one ate it. If you're going on looks of the cake I would suggest them, if you want it to taste good, from my experience, you might want to use someone else.

The cake was ok wasnt exactly what i wanted though. I explained it and they ended up adding these weird flowers that i never said to do. Also the cake was a little dry and did not taste that great. I wish i had gone with another flavor maybe it would have been better.

After reviewing my order with Edible Art two days before my wedding. They did the monogram on my cake WRONG! I had the wrong monogram on my wedding cake. When I returned from my honeymoon and spoke to the sales person and the owner about it, they said it "wasn't there problem" and they "didn't understand what the big deal was". When I explained that this was my wedding cake and that I could never do it over they said that "these things happen". They did NOTHING to try and make it better except to offer me a discounted birthday cake when the time came. I would never do business with them.
