This was actually a post golf tournament dinner with barbeque, baked beans, cole slaw, etc. The timing was perfect with professional set up, service and clean up. The food was excellent and everything went off without a hitch. We didn't know an exact count until the day of the tournament, but that was not a problem for this caterer.
