When I first met with Erin, I had NO idea what I wanted so she showed me some pics and gave me some ideas to consider as well as cost estimates. When I met with Erin a 2nd time, she was very nice and met with my mom and I on very short notice (my mom had come in from out of town) to discuss possible flower arrangements. She was patient, answered all our questions, and gave us a cost estimate on everything. With Erin's help and suggestions, we decided on the flower arrangements but Erin did not have any pics with the flowers we decided on. I admit I was a bit nervous since I could not visualize what she had in mind. However, Erin knows what she is doing! I was in awe at how beautiful the simple bouquets were and it was a definite highlight of my wedding day. I was extremely happy with how the flowers turned out!

Erin is the owner and florist of this shop. She is amazing! On our first appointment, she was very professional and very personable. She is great and very easy to work with. She is very responsive, which is nice when you're dealing with different vendors for your wedding. I have never had experience planning a wedding and she was very helpful in making the floral process easy. Not only was it easy working with her, but the flowers were amazing! We had circus roses and orange calla lilies in our arrangements and they were beautiful. We did have a smaller order so we were supposed to pick them up. However, there was some confusion in our communication, so she delivered the order without charging us for it. I cannot say enough about how amazing Eden's Echo is. I highly reccomend them!

Erin was wonderful to work with! She sat with us during our first consultation for over 2 hours to help us design unique flowers! Even after we realized our guest list was going to be larger than planned, she re did our entire plan!

The day of the wedding had some changes since the wedding was moved outdoors, she was very flexible and accommodating! Not only was she able to work with our schedule but she also made my wedding flowers with extra flair that she knew I would love based on our conversations.

The flowers were fresh, the roses were big, and the flowers stayed alive well after the wedding. After I dried my flowers they still look great! The colors in the flowers were very bright and beautiful.

The flowers were my biggest upset of the night and brought me to tears before the ceremony started. Erin had contacted me the Tuesday before the wedding with pictures of these beautiful flowers that I thought were just the proto type of my flowers. However, what I did not know is that she was making the flowers for my wedding almost a week ahead of my wedding. Well, this showed when her assistant Mary showed up with them.

Erin had told me a couple weeks in advance that she had to go out of town, but not to worry as my flowers would be AMAZING! I trusted her, and felt really let down. My bouquet looked like a BM’s one because the flowers were wilted and shriveled. All the flowers in my arrangements were falling apart and looked old. I was so heartbroken about them because of the pics I saw on Tuesday showed me what they should have looked like. I had to tell my Dad to leave the venue to go to HEB, to buy fresh roses, to put in my bouquet. The next day Erin wrote me and email apologizing for them, and when I addressed how they looked, and that my father bought more roses to supplement, she never replied again. **See update below. She has replied, apologized and offered a refund.

The arrangements would have been beautiful, had the flowers upheld.. but they just didn’t. My guests were even commenting that the arrangement on the gazebo was falling apart while the ceremony was waiting to start. I really hate to leave such a poor review, but I had such high expectations of Erin, and given that if she would have waited to make the arrangements, they would have been beautiful. Wilted flowers just are not beautiful, and not worth the money we paid for them.

*********UPDATE--- Erin had no idea that the flowers would end up looking this way, as she trusted her assistant to exchange the flowers out with new ones. The assistant was in charge of the final product and this was not supposed to happen. I can understand this now, and do not blame Erin in the least. I have changed my rating based off Erin's sincere apology and refund for the portion of the flowers that she made the profit off of. She has gone above and beyond our expectations, and although it was unfortunate how the flowers turned on us, we do forgive her and love her dearly.

Erin is a hoot! She's so much fun to work with. Very down to earth and just funny. And then add on top of all that an amazing talent and you have Eden's Echo. I found out about Erin through local forums on the Knot, and I'm glad I found out. She has really good taste in flower arrangements and an eye for detail which I greatly appreciated. Instead of trying to get me to buy more or make it seem like the look I'm looking for cannot be compromised on, she worked with my budget which I also appreciated. Apparently I have expensive taste and she pointed, haha. Which she said is not bad but that maybe I should consider other types of arrangements. She would throw ideas at me and they were all soooo good. I just love how unique and creative she is with her arrangements. Even with my limited budget, my wedding came out just like I pictured it in my mind. I loved me and my bridesmaids bouquets and the guys boutonierres. Even the moms corsages! It was just perfect.

Erin did such a spectacular job on our wedding flowers! My bouquet was beyond stunning, it was a work of art! We planned to give my bouquet away at the reception during an anniversary dance honoring the longest-married couple. When the time came, I can't lie -- it was SO hard for me to give up that gorgeous bouquet!

Erin took my vision and ideas and absolutely ran with them. She was one of the only vendors that we truly trusted to "do her thing", and we knew it would turn out fabulous. The day before the wedding, she came across something that she thought would be perfect for my bouquet and added it at the last minute. Such gorgeousness! She also very kindly incorporated lace from my mother's wedding veil and a brooch on my bouquet, and pendants that I provided for my bridesmaid bouquets. I went into my first meeting with her not caring much about the flowers. By the end of that meeting, she had me so excited about what she could create! And we were a fairly small project for her -- just my bouquet, our bridal party/attendant flowers, cake flowers and two ceremony altar arrangements. We had a small flower budget, and I love that Erin always made helpful suggestions to help us stretch our dollars. Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious, too! She truly loves what she does, and makes you feel like you are her most important client! Believe all of these wonderful reviews, Erin is the BEST!

These were some of the BEST centerpieces and bouquets majority of the people at my wedding have ever seen, including some of my vendors. :) I really had no idea what I wanted when I first met with Erin, but right away, she took what I did say and showed her and turned it into a masterpiece. My bouquet was absolutely stunning. Even the toss away bouquet was up for debate about being tossed. It was so amazing I couldn't throw it. I did...eventually... :)

Erin's flowers "made" our March 2011 wedding. She went above and beyond and didn't just supply bouquets and floral arrangements, her artistic flair decorated the entire event, and her floral hairpieces and our bouquets really stood out. I am holding my bouquet in almost every picture because it was so pretty I didn't want to let go! Thanks too Erin for calming a my nerves and texting me the night before my wedding. You're the best!

On our first meeting, we knew Erin was the perfect person to do our flowers. When she speaks about her craft, she absolutely lights up!

Our vision began with the feeling of an enchanted forrest within the Leeper auditorium of the McNay Museum. We expressed the mood we got from the place and what we wanted to come from it. James and I were so confident in her vision and abilities that I did not give her any direction. I really wanted her to just express her creative genious. And she absolutely brought it!!!

Erin brought us in to look at a sample of what she had in mind a couple weeks before the wedding, and it blew us away.

Words can't really encompass the beauty of what she produced. Erin is a hidden treasure. One that touched us because she put so much of herself into this project. And the result was literally jaw dropping. Our guests literally were speechless when everyone entered the hall.

Anyone in San Antonio would, for lack of a better word, be stupid for not getting her if you can. This girl is going to abdsolutely blow up at some point soon. And it will be well deserved. She is a rare find.

When I met Erin, I nicknamed her my fairy godmother! Straight out of the pages of Cinderella! She can take nothing and make it into something absolutely BREATH TAKING!

She is honestly the best and easiest person to work with. She took the ideas that were in my head and put them on paper, her doodles are works of art worthy of hanging in the walls of museums! Then, she blew me away even more and made the most beautiful things! I wanted a non-floral wedding rather than using flowers I wanted a much more natural scene that would be created out of cotton boll flowers (NOT COTTON BALLS), balsa wood flowers, wheat, lace, burlap and other dried or natural things. She far surpassed my expectations and went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel 100% confident that she knew exactly what to do.
As the wedding got closer she would send pictures and I was just amazed at her ability to think out of the box and work with materials that she's not accustomed to. It got to the point that I would just tell her to do her thing, she didn't have to make sure I liked it because I knew she knew my vision.
I don't consider her a vendor, rather she became a friend to my husband and I. She will forever be known as my fairy godmother!

My husband and I had originally planned to have a medium sized wedding but decided only a few weeks before the wedding to have a very small ceremony and reception. We cut our floral budget in half. Erin at Eden's Echo was patient and accommodating the entire time. She gave us a much more elaborate and beautiful arrangement than we had agreed upon -- the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I can tell she does her job for more than just a paycheck -- she really cares about making beautiful arrangements.

I absolutely love Erin! :-) She was referred to me by the original florist I booked (who dropped me a few months before our wedding) and even though she had another wedding already booked for the day of mine she was able to squeeze in my small order. She was great to work with and very easy going and when doing my flowers kept ME in mind and had suggestions that would bring out my personality while still staying within my colors. I only wished the shoulder corsage & boutonniers were larger. I had thought they would be a bit larger but they were still gorgeous and my bouquet was amazing. I loved Erin and her work and would definitely use her again for flowers and will refer my friends and family to her.

I can't say enough about how great Eden's Echo is! I had a bit of an emergency when I found out that I had no florist with only 3 weeks to go until my wedding (that's what I get for delegating). Anyway, in my mad dash to find a florist, I came across Erin's website, and her work is beautiful. I emailed her asking if there was any way she could do the flowers for our wedding on short notice. She emailed me back that same day and offered to take us on as clients.

I knew what colors I wanted, but I didn't really know what types of flowers. Erin was able to send me the names of flowers in my colors so I could google pics of them. All of the flowers she picked were gorgeous. She was able to tell me what was in season, and what she could order from her vendors for a low price. She did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted and she was able to work with me based on my budget. (Other florists that sent me quotes wanted to charge almost twice as much for fewer flowers).

The arrangements were beautiful, and my bouquet was stunning. We just received our wedding pics from our photographer, and the flowers are a big part of why the pics turned out awesome. I highly recommend Eden's Echo!

I only used this vendor for my bridal bouquet but I couldn't have been more satisfied with it!! My wedding coordinator contacted this florist with very short notice and she not only made it happen but she totally exceeded!!

Erin did such an amazing job with my wedding flowers, everyone gave me positive feedback the whole evening of my wedding. Her work is incredible and she was really willing to work with my budget. I was so sad we had to cut my wedding cake because the cascade of flowers Erin added was a piece of art and too beautiful to touch. Oh, well at least I will have pictures. I did not meet her until the day of my wedding and not once did I have any doubts about her. Like my husband and I say next time we get married we will use Erin ;)

Erin's work is so beautiful and way beyond what I expected! Choosing my florist was one of the last things I did. I was trying to be very budget conscious and thought that flowers were probably not too important. Erin completely changed my mind! The center pieces at my wedding were so pretty, and my bouquet was GORGEOUS! Did I mention that she spruced up my wedding cake with beautiful flowers too? So amazing! She really can work with any budget and any idea (no matter how crazy or time consuming it may be). I just love Erin and I am seriously thinking of any excuse to book her again.
