"I just want to say that it was a true pleasure working with the staff at the Doubletree Hotel in Claremont. Everybody and I mean everybody was a joy to be around and work with, from the front desk staff, to John Gutzwiller, the Director of Catering. John was always so very helpful and profesional through the planning of the wedding up to and including the wedding day. The wedding day was actually a true test of John and his staff. The officiant did not show up and we were put in a very stressful situation. Well John and his wonderful staff stepped up to the plate and joined us in calling around to all the officiants in the area to see if they could find somebody for the bride and groom. He even tried to see if he can get ordained online for the bride! They did not have to help us but they did and they did with a smile on their face and that makes all the difference in the world. I would reccomend this venue to all brides. I cannot wait to work with John and his first class staff again soon. "

Our wedding was PERFECT! Everything I wanted and more! John Gutzwiller and Stephanie were absolutely wonderful to work with. They answered my never-ending emails right away and were always more than helpful with any request! I loved that I booked the Doubletree for my wedding and received nothing but compliments on everything about the hotel, reception food, and the staff! It was the best day!!!!! I would recommend this hotel to any bride that wants to have a fun, relaxed and fabulous wedding!!!!

The director of catering for the Doubletree Hotel in Claremont, John Gutzwiller, was absolutely wonderful! He was very helpful and flexible to meet our needs. He was quick to respond and always accommodated us for everything. The hotel itself is very beautiful; we had our ceremony in the courtyard and the reception in the ballroom. My fiance (at the time, now husband) and I fell in love with the hotel for it's cozyness yet beautiful landscape. The area and town of Claremont itself had a beautiful setting. The prices (at the time we booked our wedding) was very affordable for what we wanted and needed than many places we looked around for. I would recommend the Doubletree Hotel in Claremont for your dream wedding...mine was a dream come true!

John is the BEST. He's been doing this so long that he knows what to expect. We knew of none of the issues at the Doubletree because they took care of everything.

The DoubleTree Hotel in Claremont was an excellent place to have our wedding. The outdoor courtyard was a great place to have the ceremony and the banquet room was right next to it. They had a variety of options based on budget and number of guests. The in-house catering was good. The Wedding Coordinator was very helpful. They charged extra for a dance floor and for a projector. The price did include a hotel room for the bride and groom.
