  I was on a deadline for my proposal and needed my item within a week. Not only did I get a great deal on my ring but they came through on a strict timeline and made sure I had my ring on time. Nicer then the pics and paid probably half the price I would pay anywhere else.

  My boyfriend just purchased my (soon-to-be!) engagement ring from IDoNowIDont.com. We were very nervous, not only because of buying online, but also because we were buying a ring "second-hand". We found a ring we both loved (I actually gasped when I saw it!), and contacted the seller. After a few emails back and forth, we settled on a price. He edited the listing to reflect our offer, and we purchased. The seller sent the ring to IDNID; they have a GIA trained specialist evaluate the ring to make sure it matches the listing and the certificate paperwork. (While they are evaluating it, our money was held in escrow). Once it was confirmed that the ring matched, they released the money to the seller, and sent the ring to us. I actually called IDNID, because I was checking the tracking number and it looked like it was going to be delivered on a Saturday (and I had it delivered to my work!) and I was all panicked that no one would be here to sign for it. A representative called me back almost immediately, was very pleasant, and assured me that they only deliver on weekdays. Their customer service is great.
  
  I have not seen it in person, but my boyfriend says it looks amazing! It will have to be resized (the ring is a 7, but I am a 5.5), but that is not a big deal for the amazing deal we got.
  
  Oh, also! I found a coupon online (I used code "EBBOX13") for a free insurance appraisal, so we got that too! The ring appraised for nearly DOUBLE what we ended up paying!! We have already recommended IDNID to several friends.
  
  We got a ring MUCH nicer (& bigger!) than we would have been able to afford at a traditional store. I cannot wait to see it on! =)

After browsing the website together, I found exactly what I was looking for. I told him that even if he didn't get "that" one, that I'd like mine to look very similar. A few months later he proposed with "THE" ring from idonowidont.com and paid a fraction of the cost had he gone to either of the jewelers we had previously visited. The payment transaction and shipping process was fool proof and he had the ring a few days after initially speaking with the seller. After hearing about your website, I looked at it and found the ring of my dreams. I purchased it at a price much lower than what we could of bought the same ring for at any jeweler and the seller received more money than he would of made by selling it to any jeweler.   I recently bought an engagement ring though this site (upgrading my current ring). It was a GIA certified stone and I was able to look up the report on the GIA site because the report number was given. The ring was much prettier in person (the pictures did not do it justice). It came with an appraisal and original paperwork. I also took it to a jeweler once I received the ring just to make sure it was legitimate. I love this ring!! I got it at a fantastic price and could not be happier!!

  I was very skeptical about purchasing a ring online. Within a resonable budget we had planned for our 10-year anniversary, vacation and renewing our vows....we had to make sure financially we could make everything work. I was looking to upgrade my diamond and purchase an anniversary band separately. I went to almost every local jewelry store and wholesalers and realistically it was beyond breaking the bank....and then there was a pressure to buy. So I started looking online, I had come across idonowidont.com in an article and decided to check them out. I figured there was no harm in registering. I browsed through their website for about a month, the selection was decent. The sellers were responsive, they sent clearer additional photos and certificates. Most were negotiable. For the carat, clarity and quality of diamond I was looking for would have costed me over $10 -$12K just for the diamond alone. I was able to find damn near equivalent for half the price. I was a little worried about the transaction for sure. Idonowidont was very responsive to my phone calls and in email. As I recived the email updates, I started to feel better as things were progressing. The waiting game made me somewhat anxious. In about 10 days from the day of purchase, the gemologist reached out to me to give me the details about the authentication process. There was a slight difference in color and 1 grade down to a VVS2 from a VVSI from a conservative standpoint. I told them I would think about it and talk with husband. We went ahead with the purchase and the ring was shipped out right away, overnight. I cannot belive how much more beautiful the ring is in person...the pictures were great but did not do the ring any justice. I am so please with IdonowIdon't as their customer service though simple made the process smooth and carefree. They gave me the info I needed and there was no pressure to proceed.   When it comes to buying an engagement ring this is the only place you should be looking! I knew that the retail value for a diamond is completely bogus and you should never pay that. My rule when shopping at IDNID was that I wanted a 50% discount, this was my own rule not something everyone needs to obey. I'd find a diamond I liked then I’d compare it to the retail price of a diamond with the same specs on a wholesaler website. There are many jewelers on this site so a lot of the rings on there aren't really a great deal. The key is to buy from an individual, you can usually tell by the quality of the photo if it's a jeweler or just someone selling their used ring. After 2 months of searching I found the perfect diamond and made the purchase. So we purchased the ring and the hard part started (the waiting). I was a nervous wreck for 3 weeks. Some things to note. IDNID says it takes an average of 1.5-2 weeks to get your purchase, I’d expect 3 weeks. They are really bad at updating you on the status of your order BUT with that said if you email them asking for an update you’ll get a reply pretty quickly with the details. After 20 days my ring finally arrived and I’m blown away with its beauty! The ring gets appraised by a company called Accredited Gemological Institute in New York. You receive a beautiful certificate stating all the specs and the value of the ring. This is a third party company that does a proper appraisal. Being a very thorough person I took the ring for a second appraisal at a local lab. I didn’t give the lab any details about the diamond as I wanted to confirm the details were the same and they were almost exactly the same as AGI stated, color dropped from E to F but that didn't bother me. I told the gemologist how much I paid for the ring ($8000) and he said that for him to buy that diamond wholesale from a supplier it would have been $15,000! Now that everything is done and confirmed I couldn’t be happier, I’d recommend this company to everyone!!

  SCAM company does not pay sellers

  This fraud of a company has not been paying its sellers all year (2020) and keeps blaming COVID for its inability to make payments. I sold a ring on its marketplace in May and have only been given the same lame excuse that they are unable to print checks to sellers using covid as the excuse. Of course they continue to receive jewelry and sell it to buyers. The only part of their business that seems to be compromised is the department that pays the sellers. Check reviews from other sellers who have been screwed by this company on BBB and Trustpilot. This blatant fraud is inexcusable.

  Idonowidont is an absolute scam. Do not use them!!!!

  I sold my engagement ring back in July 2020. Now January 2021 I have yet to receive a check. Initially they blamed Covid, which I can understand a delay but I spoke with the girl I sold my ring to and she received it back in august!! Now they aren’t responding to my emails at all. There is zero other contact for them. I have put a claim through insurance and it was denied. The ring had a value of 25,000 and I sold it for 10,000 due to Covid I needed money quick and what a mistake that was. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
