We originally hired Jeff Donovan for our 10/22/11 wedding, but due to medical issues, Matt Burris was our DJ. I was very displeased with his performance at our reception. Among other things, he messed up our cake cutting (we had cupcakes with a topper cake for the cutting, and he was rambling on about us giving each other cupcakes) and the anniversary dance (went from 45 to 50 yrs without anything in between which forced me to walk around and figure out who had been married the longest to give my flowers to); played music that I hated during cocktail hour (Jimmy Buffet when I had requested Norah Jones, Michael Buble, etc.); and most importantly only played ~1/3 of my "definitely play" songs, but substituted in one song on my "do not play" list, plus some other songs that I would NEVER have approved. My guests danced, but I was irate for most of the reception. Even after my husband asked him THREE times to stick to the play list (because I was upset), he STILL did his own thing. My advice is not to hire this company unless Jeff comes back.

DO NOT USE HIM!!! Jeff (the main DJ) would have been great, but he had a stroke on 9-6-11. No one told us this, so we found out when his ‘back-up guy’ showed up day of. He was ABSOLUTLY awful and completely ruined our wedding. We are pretty sure he was drunk, didn’t bring the right equipment and didn’t know how to hook it up, didn’t follow our play list (he actually played our ‘do not play’ list, as a play list), couldn’t figure out how to even play music or use a microphone and to top it off – he lost our damage deposit by destroying the venue’s floor. We couldn’t even get any pictures before our wedding because we were to busy trying to teach the DJ how to do his job (he actually asked if iTunes plays music). I hope Jeff recovers, but until then – use ANYONE else!!!!!

DJ on Demand was great! Jeff, the owner, was the DJ for our wedding, and was wonderful to work with. He was very flexible when we scheduled meetings while while we were planning our wedding, and was always very friendly and professional. He kept the flow of our reception moving, and played many of the songs that my husband and I had requested using DJ on Demand's online planner. Jeff was recommended to us from our venue owner, and we were very happy with our experience with him!

Jeff was our DJ at our wedding. He did a great job! We were last minute planners, so we didn't even start looking for a DJ until about a month before the wedding. Jeff from DJ on Demand was very flexible with the last minute gig. He was casual while still being professional. He was able to work with our limited budget and our time constraint.

At our wedding and reception, Jeff was excellent! He didn't talk too much or too little. He kept the flow of the event moving at a great pace. We didn't have to worry about anything.

He was very good at feeling out the crowd. There were very few people sitting down, because everyone was dancing. We ended up extending the reception by a hour, because no one wanted to stop dancing.

I would definitely recommend DJ on Demand.

We LOVED our music for our reception at Willow Ridge Manor. Jeff had everyone on the dance floor all night long. The music at dinner was exactly what we asked for, nice and soft. And the music for the dancing was the variety we asked for, something for all age groups to enjoy.

Being able to use his website to make our requests was very helpful and it eliminated any confusion. Since Jeff has worked at Willow Ridge Manor for a number of years, he knows the catering staff and Gregory, therefore everything runs smoothly and without a glitch.

We would recommend Jeff for anyone wanting to have a great time at their reception!!

It was great to see Jeff at our venue right on time. He played the music for our ceremony and reception and the transition from one space to the other seemed flawless. Jeff did a nice job of playing the songs we requested and songs that got people jazzed up to dance. I appreciated how openly we communicated with each other. I felt I could tell him exactly what I wanted and when I didn't really know what I wanted, I felt confident he would play good selections. I recommend hiring a DJ or band to MC your wedding because it makes for a much more relaxed occasion.

We used DJ on Demand for our wedding at Willow Ridge Manor. Jeff, our DJ, was helpful, organized, fun and energetic. Our guests enjoyed the wide variety of music, his interactions, and how smoothly he helped make the reception go. Jeff has years of experience, and most importantly, he loves his job! He will make your event as fun as possible because he loves to have fun! While the cost was very reasonable, he was totally worth the money!

GREAT DJ!!!! Our DJ was incredible for our wedding. Kept the entire dance floor full and played everything we wanted and was very flexible with what we wanted. He made sure that we were happy and that was his main concern. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked. Thanks again

We Highly recommend our Dj Jeff Donovan. He was so helpful when we were planning what music to choose for our wedding. He even gave us lots of cd's from his music list. Very affordable and flexible with all your music choice. So we could listen and get ideas for our wedding. Thank you for making our wedding ceremony and reception so beautiful. You played all the music that we want. and best of all you were able to get ALL of our guest to dance at the end of the night. Even our 93 year old grandma! It was such a joy to have you be a part of our wedding and entertainment of the night.

Jeff was great! He really did a wonderful job. The only complaint I had was that we asked for the music to be edited because there were children, and it wasn't. Not a huge issue, but a preference we had. The price was wonderful and our guests loved the music he chose! I would recommend him to anyone!

Jeff is a great DJ! He has a giant collection of music and loads of experience doing weddings. He gave me lots of great ideas for ceremony and reception music and really got the party going for us. He even gave us a CD of the music he played at our reception to keep. He is very easy to get a hold of and quickly responds to e-mails and questions. I would highly recommend DJ on Demand to anyone!!

Jeff is the best. He was helpful with recommendations and happily accepted all my requests. He is a great guy, very friendly, and puts you at ease. Tons of song to choose from, or he will let you use your own, or even help you find something else you want. A truly wonderful and genuine person - I was glad he could be at the reception, DJ or not.
