Would not recommend this vendor for anything of importance.

4 days to canada, amazing, low cost... Worth it totally!!! Will recomend this to everyone!

We had espresso mugs custom printed from Discount Mugs as our wedding favors. They were a little slow, as the proof approval took a little longer than anticipated, but I ordered the mugs with plenty of time to arrive. I'm talking maybe three days, definitely less than a week of delay, and the website continually updated the schedule for my order so I was never in the dark about it.

A couple of the mugs printed at a slight angle, but I also ordered more than I needed so I swapped them out. None of them were broken.

Discount Mugs is the only place I found that prints espresso mugs. There was another website I had originally ordered with, but they discontinued the white mugs, and they had a limited supply of blue. The mugs themselves are a nice size and shape.

I used Adobe Illustrator to make the logo, and I limited everything to my two colors and got rid of all excess layers, just to make sure what I wanted to print is what printed. They sent a proof for approval, and it was perfect. What I received was exactly what I sent them.

For our January wedding, we ordered travel coffee mugs with our own personalized logo from discountmugs.com. When our order came, the items didn't match the description on the web page, though I still liked the mug. I spoke to a representative and they gave us a discount that more than compensates for the difference. Further, 15 mugs had ink splatters from the logo imprint. I spoke to customer service and they sent me 15 more mugs right away and did not ask me to send the others back. Overall, they were very easy to work with and the prices were more than fair.

I ordered customized shot glasses for my wedding favors from Discount Mugs, and they were exactly what I was hoping for! Their website was easy to use, and their tracking feature kept me updated on the status of their production and shipping. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone considering similar favors!!

Extremely disappointed in product quality. I ordered ceramic coffee mugs as a wedding favor and the print quality was awful. Some of the words are in the correct color but others look faded and are very unclear. This issue is happening on many of the hundreds of mugs.

Hopefully we can get the issue resolved and I can revise this review.

At this point, I would not recommend using discount mugs.

Everything was sent on time and all correct

We ordered beautiful, large ceramic coffee mugs that were very affordable. Everyone seemed to love them so much that the mugs for guests who did not come disappeared. We were looking for something practical that could be used and were extremely happy with the quality of these mugs for the price. It was easy to submit the artwork and the mugs were packaged great and shipped quickly. We were very happy.

We used discount mugs to provide our favors. We did personalized pens and the prices were unbeatable! They did an amazing job and the quality was way better than expected for the price. AMAZING

I ordered stemless wine glasses from this company. Great value for a great favor. They matched my CMYK colors exactly and did a great job printing our wedding logo.

We ordered reusable bags and they turned out great!

I bought customized insulated lunch bags to stuff with Baltimore themed goodies for our out of town guests. I got a great deal on the bags, with a 10% discount I received in one of their emails, I was able to get 100 bags for about $2 each. They were a huge hit! The design team sent me a few proofs which I was able to comment on so they could make edits which they did promptly. The bags were produced and shipped to me very quickly and I was overall very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommended!

We ordered custom logo wine glasses for our wedding and were very happy with how they looked. When I first placed the order the glasses were on back order, but someone contacted me directly to assure me the order would still ship on time, and in the end we received them on time, and very well packed. None of the glasses broke during shipping or transportation.

The quality of our wine glasses were great! All of our guests loved them.

I got can coozies for my wedding favors and they turned out great! We put a fun quote on one side and our names & wedding date on the other side. They sent me the proofs I requested and had them produced and shipped to me in less than a month! I got 200 of them for only $85! Such a great value and so easy to put out for guests to take!

Do not use Discount Mugs for anything!
They charged me over $300 to edit some artwork, which a local company said they would charge $80 to do. I was not quoted art work charges at the beginning my working relationship with this company.
I ordered 230 pint glasses with double sided printing. Of the 230, 26 of them were misprinted or damaged. I contacted the company and after sending them photos of the damaged/misprinted glasses, they sent me 26 replacements. They arrived within a reasonable amount of time. I opened the box to see broken glass and another misprint.
I was beyond disappointed. The quality of the glasses themselves was poor. The glass was uneven and bubbly. The print was low quality as well. Some of the printed material was bubbled up and peeling away.
Price was decent for quality wares, which I did not get from this company. The art department did a shoty job and charged way too much!
