DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE!!! I booked them trying to save a few dollars. Worst decision of my life!!! These people are not professional in the least bit!! They ask you what you want at your wedding instead of having a plan and take charge. They basically ask you to do their job for them!! It is not October 23 and my wedding was on September 1st still do not have my photo's. They are rude and have no consideration whatsoever for their clients!!! If you want to be stressed out and have people asking who you should refer??? do not refer them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This vendor has been the least professional of all of the vendors we worked with for our wedding.
We are now approaching 3 months after the wedding and we have yet to receive many of the items that were stated in our contract.
Their communication and professionalism skills are completely lacking.
These people are con-artists, Beth Scheeler has been been found guilty on theft-false representation in 2008. She has a criminal history of doing this to us. I would have to agree with all previous comments on here. Beth and Jessica are liars and thiefs.
I have talked to a lawyer and he advised me to get everyone they are doing this to together and file a lawsuit as a group.

This company was completely nice and professional before and during the wedding process. However I cannot stress how much of a nightmare they have been since my wedding. They have not followed through on our contract and they have been impossible to get a response from. When I finally do get a response, it is completely snippy and rude. I agree entirely with the other comment that states “this vendor has been the least professional of all of the vendors we worked with for our wedding”. We have been waiting more than 6 months and have still not received many of the items agreed upon in our contract. More than anything I wish I had used a different photographer. The price they offered and the quality of the photos they showed us before our wedding enticed me to use them, but I wish I had paid the extra money and gone with another company that was more highly recommended. Spending the little extra money to use another company would have been much better than the headache they have caused since my wedding. The customer service they have provided since my wedding has been atrocious. I was actually shocked by some of the email responses they have provided, as mentioned before – completely RUDE.
This vendor was terrible after our wedding! Photos were ok, but customer service was awful! They were awful to work with after our wedding.

Our photos speak for themselves; if the photos at our website (www.digitalriverphotography.com) look "amature" then it's news to me. This couple was very hard to work with on their wedding day, the groom called his mother "overbearing" and I repeated this in agreement in an email. They wanted family members photographed but never said who exactly, which makes it very hard to photograph people you don't know. They left out the fact that at an all day wedding in 85 degree heat and humidity, they didn't have a place for me to sit down, let alone a place with a meal for me. I photographed their wedding through the heat, humidity, and downpour of rain without a complaint, and had their photos ready in 6 days. A final count of 400 isn't anything to complain about for their wedding day.
No negative comment was EVER made about anyone's religion. We have over 100 satisfied clients, but sadly there are people like this out there who have nothing better to do than complain.
