My family has purchased jewlery here for ages! I was very happy with my ring and the service, the only downfall was when I gave them my engagement ring to have a custom wedding band made I was told it would take 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I decided to call and see where it was, they had no idea. The next day they called back to tell me it was on hold at the designers, someone was supposed to call me and make sure the price was okay before they made it. Needless to say, I was without my engagement ring for 7 weeks, but they handled the situation very well.

Kyle was AMAZING. He was very laid back and made it very easy for my husband and I to choose engagement and wedding rings. He would bring out cases and cases of rings to look at. I had 15 rings or so on my fingers trying to decide on my engagement ring. I had a custom ring made to match my engagement ring as I did not like the one that came with it. I highly recommend Kyle! Dan is good as well, but the woman in the shop are pushy and judgmental so we stayed away from them. One of the woman took my engagement ring after we had had come back in to look for a wedding ring looked at it under the microscope and gave it back to me with no explanation of her need to see my ring. You had to be there to understand her attitude. It's a $10,000 ring. Maybe she wanted to see what we would spend, but even my husband commented when we left that he didn't like her.

Devries has been selling my family jewelry for years. They are professional and are never pushy! I highly recommend Devries. They have beautiful rings!

After looking online and at many stores I settled on DeVries. They have a large ring collection which is good if you want choice but also a challenge if you are like me and cannot decide. Kyle assisted me and he was great. He picked up on the style I was leaning towards and I now have a beautiful unique ring. I receive many compliments on my ring. The ring did not come with a matching band so we had one made. Dan was very helpful in making sure the band would be a great match and detailed in the same way as the engagement ring. The rings look wonderful together. DeVries is a little slow on getting the appraisals out but in terms of quality of rings and helpfulness I found them to be the best.

Dan and Dave are great! We wanted to support local business and I am sure glad that we did! They were awesome! My husband designed my ring and they worked with him and he was happy with the process. When I went looking for my wedding band, I found a ring elsewhere and they were willing to mold a ring to look just like it. I didn't end up liking that one but they were super helpful in helping me find one that I did like...even after being in there about 10 times and finally finding the one that I wanted the week of my wedding. And they clean and rodium dip white gold for free when you get your ring there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for jewelry - they are very helpful!

DeVries blew me away with excellent service and flexibility.

Although the location of the store and the appearence are not spectacular... it is what's inside that counts! I dropped my ring off on a Monday and they cleaned and soddered my rings by Tuesday... they even rhodium dipped them for no charge, so that they sparkled and were perfect for the big day.

I didn't know if I could pay for my wedding band in time for my wedding. They were super accomodating and created a payment plan so that I could have the ring on my wedding day.

I will never buy jewelry anywhere else.

Dan and the rest of the DeVries team are the best of the best. There is no pressure to go for the biggest and the most expensive diamond like most of the other jewelry stores in the area. They work within your budget to help you design the best and most beautiful piece of jewelry. He helped to design the engagement ring for my wife as well as our wedding bands. Dan also helped to preserve a precious and priceless piece of my family history and helped to incorporate it into my wedding band.

awesome!!! i designed my ring from scratch and it turned out even better than I imagined!

My ring was custom designed from an old family heirloom diamond. My husband, unintentionally, ordered the wrong size, as he had raided my jewelery box and brought in an old ring that I never wear for the simple reason that it is too large. DeVries was pretty prompt in correcting the size issue (for free) and was very excellent in the execution of the design we requested. They are very invested in customer happiness, professional, and skilled at their trade. I love my ring and have gotten a lot of compliments on it. More importantly though, the design they made means a lot to me because it was what signified my relationship. Highly recommended.
