I designed my engagement ring, enough said...they allowed me to be the "queen" and make my requests of what my perfect ring was without looking as if I was wasting their time. (this happened to my husband and I in a large outlet, I won't name names, but the movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's" comes to mind).
