I was driven from a hotel to my venue, and then from my venue back to the hotel at the end of the night. The driver was there on time both times and he was very courteous. We tipped him everything we had on us which was $30. I thought for a total of 40 minutes in the limo (especially since he left and worked other jobs until it was time to come back for us) that it was sufficient. The day we got home from our honeymoon, I received a nasty text message from someone affiliated with the company telling my husband that we owe the driver another $50. for the tip. I was furious!! I was charged $500.00 for 40 minutes TOPS in the limo, and you have the nerve to tell my husband he "OWES" you more of a tip. Well, that is the last nickel you will EVER get from us. I will never use this company again, i don't care if i have to walk! (we did end up giving him the extra $50. even though we did not feel he deserved it)
Both of our drivers were great and Richie went above and behond. He really treated me like a princess. The limos were on time and we were given alcohol!
He arrived on time and drove us everywhere we wanted to go. The problems were...there was no air conditioning in the bus and it was the middle of July! It was a little warm! Also, the driver was not friendly at all! We asked him several times to put some music on or see if he could do something about the air...he would barely even give us an answer. But, he did what we wanted him to so I can't complain too much.
Driver was on time and very attentive. Was promised champagne toast and red carpet, that did not happen. Was impressed with driver but not the company. Receptionist was rude to me a few times. Better to deal with the owner.
Great service and professionalism from this limo service. The driver was on time and soooo polite. They dress in a tux and it did not look like a old rental suit either. I recommend this place to everyone. No fancy stuff just plain great service and kindness.
