This was the most perfect wedding venue in Colorado. They were very professional and there for us when needed. On the day of the wedding they acted as my wedding planner and I did not feel like I needed to hire one. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful if anything was needed. I would definitely recommend this to someone planning a wedding in Colorado.

What a beautiful location to have a wedding/reception/honeymoon. We were married at the Della Terra in February 2012...and WOW, they exceeded our expectations in every respect. Pam and Tess were amazing in their ability to offer great insight to the "small details" and helped us put together our wedding in less than 90 days. The breakfast was amazing everyday, and every single person on the staff was extremely friendly and personable, we loved the entire experience and look forward to returning for anniversaries and vacations! Upon arriving at Della Terra for our initial tour, I knew this would be the place we got married. This mountain château is stunning. The floor to ceiling windows and exposed beams allow you to feel like you are in the midst of Rocky Mountain National Park even in the middle of winter. Our ceremony took place inside the Celebration Place and was beautiful. The afternoon sun was gleaming in on us through the whole ceremony providing the most beautiful lighting. My dress shimmered just like I had dreamed. I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to hold our winter ceremony.
After the ceremony was over Della Terra’s fabulous staff took over. They completely transformed our ceremony place into the lively reception venue. The tables were all placed perfectly and every last candle was lit and placed without a single guest or wedding party member having to lift a finger. Because we were doing family pictures right outside many of our family members were mingling inside to stay out of the cold while they waited for their turn in pictures. Della Terra’s staff never asked them to move but decorated right around them, making them all feel very comfortable. This whole transformation took place in under an hour allowing our reception to move right along. My husband and I were even able to join our cocktail hour upstairs without a worry of whether the centerpieces were being set-up correctly. Pam had everything perfectly mapped out for us. The room looked incredible as our guests took their seats for dinner.
Before the wedding weekend even began, Pam and her staff were helpful in answering all my questions along the way. They run each wedding extremely efficiently. I was planning my wedding from a far and they were able to answer all my questions through emails and calls back and forth. Once we arrived on Friday before our Sunday wedding they put every worry to ease by completely being at our service. Pam and her whole family made sure we had everything we needed all weekend long. They made us feel like we owned the place the entire weekend. We were able to use the salon, theater, and pretty much every other available space in the Château throughout the weekend. They are truly an amazing staff. They want your day to run as smoothly as possible and don’t want you to worry about a thing. We felt completely ease and were able to truly enjoy our time spent there.
Our guests many from out of town could not stop mentioning how beautiful Della Terra is. All who stayed on the property were amazed at the wonderful service. The Château suites are beautifully decorated to represent the various elements of the earth and come with a delicious gourmet breakfast. The cabins are perfect for those family members and friends who would like to be close to the action but would like to stay together. They are warm and cozy for all who stay here. This venue has truly thought of everything. If you are considering having your wedding here Pam and her staff come highly recommended. We absolutely loved them and will be back for anniversaries.

The Della Terra was absolutely wonderful! I was worried because I didn't have a wedding planner for my wedding, but the Della Terra took care of everything. The entire night moved so smoothly thanks to the Della Terra team, and I couldnt have been more happy. 100% worth every penny!!!

Stunning! This is such a treasure -- I cannot imagine not having my wedding at Della Terra! The staff is so helpful! Tess made sure everything went off without a hitch. If someone passed up a chance to host their wedding here, they would be a fool!

Della Terra truly made our wedding magical! My husband walked into it and said, "this is it." No other venue could even compare! The staff went out of their way to make sure we did not have to worry about a thing! Several of my guest told us it had been the best wedding they had ever been to! The setting was gorgeous and the staff were amazing!

Our wedding at Della Terra was everything we could've ever imagined and more! The venue itself is a breathtaking escape from reality, tucked away in the mountains of Estes Park. Any pictures online do not do it justice. When youre there breathing in the fresh mountain air, surrounded by lush trees, it's incredibly stunning. From the moment we did the first walk through with Pam, we knew it was something special. Pam and team have put their hearts into this venue, down to every last gorgeous detail. The staff was not only accommodating and pleasant to work with, but such a fun group as well. They felt like family by the end of our stay. The private suites that we stayed in before and after the wedding were so incredibly luxurious, they truly made the entire weekend feel like a dream. We were able to put our creative touches where we wanted, but for those items that were less of a priority, they made very efficient for us. We were able to utilize some fantastic local vendors, which Pam's team worked seamlessly with. I would recommend Della Terra Mountain Chateau in a heartbeat!

We had so many people tell us that this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen. The place is so peaceful and absolutely gorgeous, our guests were in awe. The owners (a family) are very friendly and professional, they take pride in their venue. They are extremely clean & neat. We truly felt like we had a fairytale wedding for our daughter, she was so happy, it was above her expectations. The honeymoon suits are amazing, the salon was so nice. They do one wedding a day so that the bride and groom the venue all to their selves & that was so nice. It is very nice and secluded. I can't say enough... My only issue was that it is hard to find the entrance, but we added balloons & it helped.

To begin, Della Terra is a spectacular venue. It has beautiful mountain formations as well as aspen and pine trees surrounding the gorgeous chateau. It provided more than I had hoped for. Especially because I was not only the bride but also the planner, it was great to have the guidance of Pam, whose expertise was so appreciated. She orchestrated the processional and made sure that each component of my day went smoothly. Darrol, also, was spectacular. Della Terra is family owned and operated, so you have people who look at this place as more than a job, it is their pride and that shows. Everyone had a great time here and really enjoyed the setting. The best part is that the chateau also provides lodging so we will be able to visit again, and see our aspen saplings that we planted as our unity ritual (a tradition that the chateau suggested).

Della Terra is the ultimate wedding location. The staff is completely dedicated to making your wedding day run perfectly, and they make you feel like the only bride and groom in the world. There are no other weddings there on your wedding day, and the whole venue is set up for weddings. They are pros at weddings, and I had the perfect wedding there, better than I could have ever imagined. This is the best place to get married, and if you get married on a weekday, the cost of the venue (and of many other vendors) is significantly less! If you are looking for an extremely classy and elegant Colorado wedding location, the Della Terra is the place for you! It is a breath-taking location, and the people there are wonderful!

Everything went smoothly and they were flexible, friendly and accomodating.

We got married at Della Terra on a Monday, so we didn't pay as much as couples who got married on the weekend did, but we didn't have any less attention or help with our wedding than they did. My husband (then fiance) and I felt like Pam and all the rest of the staff at Della Terra were ready to help us at every step of our planning process. I never had any problems getting in contact with them when I needed something and Pam even called me once to make sure we had our walk-through/rehearsal date and time down.

I knew for sure that Della Terra was the right place to get married during our walk-through. The venue is beautiful, which is easy to see, but we couldn't believe everything we were getting from Della Terra for what we were paying. It might be a "lot of money", but I wouldn't say it's expensive because of everything you get. You're the only couple there that day and all the attention is on you. When we arrived for our rehearsal the morning before the wedding, I was expecting to have to direct that myself, with my family's help, but Pam came down to direct the rehearsal on a big wedding day for her. I didn't expect her to do that and I was so glad I had her there to help us with that! While I was getting ready on the day-of, I saw Pam multiple times during the day and she always asked how things were going and told me that if I needed anything, to let her know.

Everything for our wedding went smoothly and without a hitch. The staff were great while we were getting ready at making sure we had everything we needed. They brought us water, iced tea, and coffee, which was great to have with our snacks that we brought. While we did the set-up for the reception hall ourselves, we were given a go-to person if we needed any help. Everything was ready for us when we got there, so we were able to set up for the reception early to get it out of the way.

My husband and I spent the day after at Della Terra as well. Since there's a wedding every day during the summer, I expected that we would be "yesterday's news". When we came back from a drive through RMNP, the staff was excited to see us and wanted to know how our day had been. Later when we came back from dinner, we ran into Pam. She asked how the day after was and was happy to send us up a bottle of wine when we asked for it, even though she was wrapping up that day's wedding. We always felt welcome there, before, during, and after our wedding.

Thanks so much Della Terra for everything! We'll definitely be back, but I think we'll stop by sometime outside of wedding season to enjoy some snow. :)

I would recommend Della Terra to anyone. We got married there last May and our wedding was memorable for not only my husband and I but also for our guests. They still talk about how beautiful our wedding was today. We just celebrated our one year anniversary at Della Terra. The rooms were amazing as well as the service. Della Terra surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne on the night of our anniversary. It's amazing how Pam and the staff still make you feel special, even after our wedding.

Della Terra Mountain Chateau is absolutely amazing. Beyond its beautiful location and incredible building, I felt that the Della Terra staff went above and beyond to make my wedding day a dream come true. Not even the snow stopped them from fulfilling my dream of wanting an outdoor ceremony. They gave all of my guests umbrellas, pillows and blankets. It was so perfect and I wouldn't do it any other way. I wish I could go back and repeat the day. Love the salon for the girls to get ready in and the theater room for the boys. It doesn't get any better than the Della Terra! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Fabulous! If I had to do it all over again, I would rebook in a heartbeat. The staff made everything so easy, fun, and comfortable. The price was well worth the included services. The only thing I would have done differently is book a massage while we were staying there. We will be back for anniversaries for years to come!

Could we possibly rate them higher than a FIVE! Brides....set your date now and make it notable not only for yourselves but for your entire wedding party and guests! What a venue! We got more than our monies worth for all of the categories noted....as well as anything that was needed at any time. As an MOB we could not have asked for more. Like I said,BOOK IT NOw! This chateau will soon be on a waiting list basis once all the knowledgeable brides make their dates!
