Cynthia (and Brian!) were the best!!! We were so blessed to have her share our special day! She really helped everything run smoothly- she is way more than just a photographer. Her photos are artistic and fun- she really captures individual personalities. She keeps everyone laughing. It was a joy working with her. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. My friends kept commenting on how awesome she was, how she did not intrude or force photos. We even finished taking photos with the bridal party in time to enjoy part of cocktail hour!

My husband and I got married at the Belvedere Mansion in August 2011. While looking for a photographer, the wedding coordinator at the Belvedere recommended Cynthia Delconte and Day For Night Productions. I could not be more grateful! Cynthia was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was flexible, personable, knew exactly what we wanted, and her photos are amazing! She drove down to NJ to meet with me and show me her work and we clicked immediately. She then drove down again to do our engagement photos and made us completely comfortable, we were laughing the entire time and the photos came out beautifully. On our wedding day Cynthia was simply amazing, all of my family and bridal party still comment on how easy going she was but still managed to get every shot. It didn't feel like she and her team were even there, and we didn't feel like we were being shuffled around from shot to shot. She also captured every moment that I asked for and more. I learned about Day for Night Productions through my wedding planner at loli events who had worked with Cynthia before. After seeing Cynthia's work on her website, and meeting her, my now husband and I knew that her style, and personality would be a great match for us.

Cynthia's style allowed for both traditional photos as well as artistic shots - we got a great mix that truely reflects the couple we are and the vibe of our wedding.

I hired Cynthia to shoot my wedding and pre-wedding events. We got to know her during our engagement photo shoot and she does a great job of making you feel comfortable. She makes you laugh which makes for great pictures. During the wedding, my family really appreciated that she took the time to take multiple group family shots, even though it never seemed to end! Cynthia is really easy to work with, she is very open to taking suggestions about the types of wedding photos that you want. I would highly recommend her.

Cynthia was absolutely amazing!! Without a doubt, I would recommend her to any brides who are seeking a creative, fun, yet calm and professional photographer. Her flexibility is also through the charts. As part of our package, we had an engagement shoot session. We had to cancel at least 5 times or so due to weather or other issues... she always just went with the flow... the photographer was one of the people I knew I wouldn't have to "worry" about on the day of the wedding. We had our engagement shoot at Madison Square Park in NYC and our wedding was held at Belvedere Mansion in Staatsburg, NY (which I also HIGHLEY recommend if you want a gorgeous wedding that will be magical and blow your guests mind). We had an adorable holgaroid booth (taking old fashioned kind of pictures) set up as a favor to our guests. Overall, Cynthia was a complete joy to have on our wedding squad! The guests loved her and the pictures came out gorgeous as well! Thank you Cynthia for all that you did for us. We wish you the best.

I give Cynthia my highest recommendation as a wedding photographer, and as a person for that matter.
We were extremely happy with the pictures. Cynthia has a great eye and her experience with wedding photography is was very apparent. The pictures were of the highest quality. We have them in our wedding album, but also in frames all over our house. We also got Parent books and where just at my wifes parents house for Thanksgiving in Michigan and were looking at the wedding book we got them and commenting how amazing it looked and what a fantastic job Cynthia did all around. People always comment what a great wedding photo album we have ("amazing", "best wedding album I have ever seen", "really captured the day") and we still sit down and look at it about once a month to look back from the memories of the day but also because Cynthia did such a great job with it.
Cynthia is a great wedding photographer, but so much more. She made our wedding party and guests very comfortable with her fun attitude. Cynthia has the perfect balance of being fun, making sure everyone is at ease and enjoying themselves, while moving things along so you get the shots you want and will look back on for the rest of your life. Cynthia's pre-wedding and post-wedding follow up was always quick and responsive and she is fun to work with. Cynthia really cares about her clients and work, and it shows in her pictures and her customer focused attitude.
Cynthia had the idea to get on a ladder and taking a picture of everyone from above the latter. We had 110 people at our wedding and this picture captured everyone in the photo, it's a great picture that she spread out over two pages of our album and you can see everyone's faces very clearly. Everyone enjoyed this picture and when we sent it to friends, they got such a kick out of it.

We used Cynthia as our photographer and found the entire experience from start to finish a pleasant and professional one - and what's most important, at the end of it we had an amazing number of beautiful shots by which to remember our special day!

Where can I start to describe the experience of working with Cynthia? She took the time to get to know me and my husband as individuals, and used that knowledge of our personalities to make great and unique suggestions on where and how we might photograph our engagement shoot. Although I fear that I am, at times, awkward (especially in front of the camera!) Cynthia put me at ease throughout the entire shoot. The result was a collection of pictures that really captured our relationship and don't look like anyone else's.

On the day of our wedding, Cynthia and her assistant (who was fantastic as well!) again put us immediately at ease. They made perfect use of the natural light, suggested different settings that gave us a variety of shots to choose from, displayed an endless amount of patience with all of the various family members and children running around at our reception, and diligently took everyone's requests for various family shots. We also chose Cynthia because of her knowledge level. We had a Jewish wedding, and she was familiar with the traditions and special moments unique to that type of ceremony. What's more, she was familiar with our location and had shot a wedding there before, so she really knew how to make the most of the venue.

Upon our return from our honeymoon a week later, Cynthia was ready and delivered our proofs to us - we couldn't be happier with how they came out. We'd work with her again without a second thought.
