Rev Dugan was an absolute dream to work with!!!!! Having never actually met with him prior to the wedding due to to this being a destination wedding, all the planning was done via the phone and through emails - he was always prompt and extremely efficient when replying to calls and emails. It was all very last minute, but Rev. Dugan was very understanding and accommodating and made the entire process as stress free as possible for us. He seemed to know my husband and I and understand the sort of ceremony we were looking for before having even met us and the sermon he wrote was perfect, it was truly beautiful and moving. We wanted a secular ceremony, and were slightly uncomfortable with some phrases and he gladly removed them and offered suggestions in their place.
He was on time, and conducted the ceremony smoothly and efficiently, and did a brilliant job incorporating the Indian customs, the sand ceremony and his readings into a truly memorable wedding ceremony. We could not have asked for someone better to work with, it truly was a pleasure:)!

Less than 3 months before our wedding, the owners of this company announced via 2 sentences in a paypal reimbursement that they were "no longer in the wedding business." They did not offer extensive apologies for the havok they reeked with our last-minute scramble to re-arrange our wedding ceremony, nor did they offer suggestions for how to do so since we are from out of town. The people managing the company are VERY unprofessional, and in the event that they start performing ceremonies again in the future, I DO NOT recommend this company. Horrible, unethical business practices.

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding ceremony. The quality of service, responsiveness & professionalism were fantastic. The cost & flexibility was also great. They are a super nice couple and very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone that is getting married. Thanks again for making our wedding day a day to remember.

We are very pleased with the services that "A Day to Remember Wedding Chapel, LLC" performed. They are very professional and courteous even though our wedding was small and not so normal since we are out of state. The ceremony was easily customizable to fit our desired plan and was executed perfectly by the officiant with very little rehearsal time. The Photography services offered are also wonderful and captured some very happy memories that often get lost in a wedding day. Reverend Dugan officiated at my wedding at the Roofless Church in New Harmony,IN. After I booked him, I was called to confirm the booking which was great. We spoke mainly through e-mail and it very smoothly. I had only been to one wedding so I was very unaware of how to do things at rehearsal and he was very very helpful in aiding me along with the rest of the wedding party. I would recommend A Day To Remember to anyone!
