too expensive and felt rushed people were snotty

I absolutly love my dress, but they are so obnoxious and overwhelming (as anyone who has ever stepped foot in the store would know)!

Overall, my experience at David's Bridal was positive. Two months after I bought my dress, I was able to exchange it for one I thought better suited my wedding themes with minimal hassle/ stress (no alterations were made to the first dress). However I remember feeling less "special" when coming back for my dress fitting for the second dress. I was ignored at times and received no help getting into my dress, compared to people bending over backwards when it was time to purchase the dress. Alterations, despite that they were minor, were very costly. The alterations lady could choose on a scale of how "difficult" the alterations were which reflected an increase in the cost. She always chose the most expensive option despite the simplicity of the changes. I was happy with my dress in the end and my bridesmaids dresses and have friends who have had completely positive experiences there. Just keep in mind that you may have to fight for attention once your bill is paid off.
