I bought my dress at the David's Bridal in West Springfield, MA. It was the first time going in to try on dresses, so I did not expect to find one I loved right away. I was taken care of very well and never felt rushed or pushed, which was great. I love my dress and I can't wait to wear it!

While looking for a wedding gown, i first began my search at local boutiques. Unfortunately, I didn't really find anything that made me say "This is it!". The first time I went to David's Bridal I was with a friend who was getting married a few months before me to look for her gown. While there, she insisted I try on several myself. I didn't find it on my first visit, but this is where I ultimately found my dress!! In the beginning I ruled out David's Bridal because I assumed the dresses couldn't possibly be of good quality. While some did fit that assumption, there were plenty others that exceeded my expectations.

The dress I choose, I loved. It had a lace overlay and beading from the very top all the way down to the bottom. It was beautiful! The reason for not giving David's 5 stars all the way down was that it did take me three attempts to get my gown. The first time I went to pick it up the size was completely wrong. No biggie... though a bit bummed I couldn't take my dress home, we had plenty of time to do an even exchange. The second time it came in it was riddled with pulls & snags!! Near tears, they told me that's just the way the fabric was because I wasn't getting my alterations done there. After speaking to several managers, they did decide they'd have it repaired there & I'd be able to pick it up in a few days. On my third attempt, there were still a couple of snags, but needing to still have alterations done, I took the dress with my & just had it all fixed while it was altered. All in all, it did come out perfect in the end!

Even though we had to travel a bit to get to the one in West Springfield it was so worth it!!! We had no problems whatsoever!! I had 7 bridesmaids too and everyone was happy! I am a bigger girl and they had no problem getting me my dream dress ! I would definitely recommend to anyone! The only problem was that a few girls dresses ripped.... So they are going to call and talk to DB about that...but my experience was nothing but pleasant. See Emily at the W. Springfield one..shes the best!!!

Great selection, great prices. I had one bridesmaid who just delivered a baby right when we were shopping for dresses, ordered one she thought would fit and when she needed to exchange there was no issue. I had another bridesmaid that was 7 months pregnant with twins at the time of my wedding and needless to say, her size changed on a weekly basis, so we had to wait until the absolute LAST minute for her dress and they were more than accomodating!
Danielle was my consultant and she was fantastic!

I was not impressed with David's Bridal in West Springfield, Ma. I loved my consultant don't get me wrong but management and alterations were awful. I needed to order a new dress and the manager told me I couldn't, but my consultant said yes I could, the manager told me 15 week order on my dress and it was 3 days from the day I ordered. She didn't want to help me, but my consultant Emlie took care of me well. With ALteration, they are rude, they speak barely any English so you can't get your point across and they rush you. When I went to pick up my dress, the back where you bussell it up was wrong!!!
I will not go back there!!!
Mens warehouse for the guys were great!!! We were in and out in no time and everything was right when we went to pick it up!!

I was only planning on using davids as a way to get an idea of what I wanted, what I liked and what i didn't like... I ended up finding the dress of my dreams there!! Very happy with the price and with the service

The dresses are beautiful, and the cost are reasonable. The ladies at David's Bridal are very helpful! The only thing is the alterations are expensive!!

I do not recommend ANYONE to use David's Bridal in West Springfield! I used them for my bridesmaids dresses. We went for our initial appointment in September, 2010. Vania was our sales rep and did not record the right sizes down for 2 of my bridesmaids. When the dresses came in, one of the dresses was way too big and the other one way too small. They were able to get one of the dresses replaced, but since my color was Oasis ( a special order color), they do not keep any dresses in that color in stock. The acted like it was too much for them to help me get what I wanted and what was supposed to be ordered. My sister-in-law had to wear the same dress as my maid of honor because of it! I was so upset, and even after crying with them on the phone and calling corporate, they still did not go out of their way to fix the problem they created. They even tried to make my sister-in-law pay for the alterations on the WRONG dress because it was too big. They are awful!

this PLACE SUCKS... I ENDED UP HAVING SO MANY ISSUES THAT I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SPENT TWICE THE AMOUNT ON A DRESS AND HAD BETTER SERVICE

My consultant was wonderful! I THINK her name was Lucy. I knew more what I DIDN'T like than what I did, and she understood exactly what I meant. After I had picked a few, she said well I have this dress in mind that I think will be perfect... and it was! She ended up picking "the dress". Also got beautiful bridesmaids dresses from here, and got my alterations here. The alterations girl was great, my dress was huge on the top and I was worried it wouldn't look right because it had sort of cap sleeves, but she was very knowledgable and talented and my dress looked perfect :)

They provided me with a beautiful dress that was $300 dollars off. They were helpful and allowed me to take my time while trying to decide on everything. They also were able to make the dress fit me even after I lost 50 lbs.

The girls were great! They were very helpful with all of our dresses! I was so happy with all the dresses we got!

My dress was so beautiful, exactly what I always imagined. The staff is very helpful and the prices are great.

i would never buy a dress from there again. when i told them i was not buying my bridesmaids dresses from there store they were very rude. i ended getting my fitting done by someone else because that was the advice that the customer service rep. told me to do since there was nothing they could do to help me.

Got a dress for 99.00!!! dress was great and the alterations were great. Only issue was strap on halter was not sturdy enough. i had to tuck straps in and make it a strapless dress and we couldn't find all the bustle loops. they were all very nice though. (unlike my experience with the Nashua Nh alterations department, They were very rude there!!!!)

Every single time I went into David's someone was there to help, even if it was a crazy Saturday afternoon. My mom purchased her gown here and loved it! I also looked for bridesmaids dresses here and even though I didn't find anything, my experience was still pleasant. If I could do it all over again, I would have gotten my wedding gown from here!
