I actually found my dress at the David's Bridal in New York City which was great! The experience could not have gone better. My dress was not one of the styles I chose to try on, but one that my consultant picked out for me - she was spot on and I never would have thought this dress would fit me PERFECTLY (with my body and my wallet).

Once I found the dress, I had it shipped to Rhode Island, where I got married. The service was mostly great (ask for Linda - she's the BEST). The ONLY snag we ran in to was that the week before the wedding, I went to have a final fitting and the dress had stains all over it - still not sure why. I had a mini panic attack but the seamstresses got rid of all of them in minutes. They kept me calm and treated the problem with the highest priority even though the place was packed.

I would recommend David's Bridal to anyone looking for a beautiful gown for a reasonable price. And don't forget to ask for Linda!

I loved my wedding dress!

Delphina is the one person who saves this store. She is amazing. A love, really....if all the sales associates were like her, they would be five stars all over the place...The other ladies there though....HORRIBLE. Except Estine, in alterations. I always had an appointment, always, but, if Delphina wasn't there, I knew it would go badly. I had ladies bringing my size 10 bridesmaid dresses in size 2 and 26, so she could "imagine" what the dress would look like on her. The same lady called a bridesmaid of mine, fat. I was pretty upset. But, like I said, Delphina works wonders for the front. REQUEST her as your consultant. She is loving....hugged me every time I would come in. Just so pleasant. Also, in alterations....Estine is a GODSEND! The other two ladies in back though....ugh, they would just stare at me as if they could not be bothered, when I went to get my wedding dress the final day. Not pleasant.

My invitations from David's Bridal online were PERFECT! One minor typo, but it wasn't really noticed by my guests. And DB did reimburse me for the error.

Ok, the I found the dress that fit me perfectly but wasnt until the 2nd appt I made. The first time I went in to look for dresses I was very dissatisfied. I had a horrible associate that was telling me everything looked good on me even though it didn't. I ended up leaving calling and requested a new appt with someone new. I got Delphina I HIGHLY reccommend going in there requesting her. She is a sweetheart will not try to have you buy something really expensive, she was so sweet to my mother and bridal party. I didnt get my bridesmaid dresses there because the prices were outrageous and would need alterations for all of them because no dress fit the girls perfect. Found my bridesmaid dresses at Macys for $60 each compared to $120 not including alterations. Delphina saved me from having as horrible experience. when I found the dress of my dreams I cuoldnt afford to get it right thena nd there I came back but they sold he one I tried on and one of the girls at the front went to looka nd told me it was no longer being made and could not find the dress that the computer said they had so must've been sold and there was no size at the warehouse, as I was walking out mortified goig to have to look for another gown after falling in the love with this gown Delphina saw me and she had my dress there she went in the back and saved me from having to try to find another dress that would have never fit me so perfectly. When I went in to pick the dress up and she spotted me gave a hug and escorted me to the back. So personable and sweet definitely reccommend her as your consultant.

They were great for the prices of the dresses. I found their alterations to be pricey. I had one of my grandmother's friends alter the dress and she was a seamstress she charged me 25.00 for what would have cost me another 200.00. They are great for selection and general cost for the dress. they had all the dresses i needed for the different heights of my girls and for the difference between my bridesmaids and maid of honor. i would definitely suggest using them as they also give out coupon books for discounts for all your other services. My girls and groomsmen got discounts on their apparel and we received 2 free tuxedos.

I was very disatisfied with my service at David's Bridal in Warwick. I did get my dress w/o any problems at a very good price. But they are extremely overpriced on the alterations dept, my train got ruined cz i was not pinned properly and the front desk counter staff are absolutely rude. all my bridesmaid dresses zippers did not work and all the dresses were different in lengths.

I would recommend David's bridal for anyone who is not a size 2. There were the only place that I visited that had a variety of sizex in order for me to try on dresses. other boutiques only have limited sizes.

not happy at all! very rude, 300 dollars for a bussle (however you spell it) and the damn thing didn't work, seriously overpriced.. but what do you expect..

As a whole, my experience with David's Bridal what what I'd expect from a large chain. It was personal enough, and the price was OK (though the bridesmaid's dresses were expensive), but I didn't really feel like they cared a whole lot about providing good customer service. I think they're understaffed, so they can't have someone to work one-on-one helping you the way they should. Overall, the dress was lovely and the price was OK, though the wrong size was originally ordered and had to be sent back. The advantage to a large chain is that they have a huge selection, but didn't have my size (4) on hand in many of the dresses I wanted to try on, which is why they had to guess at my size and in turn ordered the wrong size at first. I went to another tailor for alterations - the prices at David's are astronomical.

i thought it was OK.. the services buying the dress was great..But when it came to alterations that was a big mess. first i made apptment and when i got there i wasn't on the appointment list.. then they messed up my alterations. then the second time back for the alterations i had blood all over my dress from someone apperently doing something to my dress n gave me a hard time cleaning.so as far as over going back or giving good feed back to them i probly wouldn't.. thanks Amanda from West Warwick

I had to have special alterations done last minute due to an unexpected surgery. The seamstresses came in on their own time to make sure that my dress was done in time for the wedding!!

Typical bridal shop. Overpriced but a great selection.
