David's Bridal did an amazing job on my dress. I loved it! The girl working with me helped me to find the PERFECT dress for me and they made sure it looked AMAZING on my wedding day. I got my bridesmaids dresses there as well and they did everything PERFECTLY. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and the alterations crew is AMAZING.

THe customer service in tuscaloosa was very bad. the lady who helped us was rude and told me that my idea of having a purple sash was bad but that was want i wanted .. we ending up going to the location in birmingham so i could still get the items i wanted without having bad customer service.

I loved my experience at David's Bridal. My dress was beautiful and just what I wanted. The alterations department was second to none. I am a short girl and needed the dress shortened and they were able to save all the beading on the dress. On top of that she made me a great bustle for the reception. I also used David's Bridal for my Maid Of Honor and Junior Bridesmaids. They did a great job with these dresses too.

I will never buy a dress from here again. The sales associate was completely dilusional on proper fitting of a plus size woman. She wouldn't even consider getting me a bigger bra. She scoffed at the specifics for my celebration in an attempt to make me feel ashamed and buy a veil. Not a professional store by any means.

To be honest with you, I did not want to shop at David's Bridal. I wanted to get an inexpensive gown but I didn't want to go to David's because it seems everyone does. And I did not want to look like every other bride out there.

After visiting several boutiques, I decided to give David's a try. And I'm glad I did. After trying on several gowns, I still had not found "the one." That's when one of the employees brought over a test gown. Only a handful of them had been made for test markets, as designers tried out new looks. I put it on and knew it was the perfect dress for me. I could not believe I was able to buy it and walk out with it that same day!

I went back to David's for other things (my maid of honor's dress, etc.) and they were always helpful.

My dress and bridesmaids dresses came from here. I loved the dresses. Depending on the date of your wedding make sure all order their dresses early. One of my bridesmaids dress didn't arrive until the week before luckly no alterations were needed.

I loved my invitations, they went so well with my black, white, red, theme. I would recommend spending the extra money for the proof though. We received the invitations within a week after ordering them. Order early incase of any mistakes. When we received our invitaions Mom noticed a problem with the ink imprinting. She called that day and within 1 week we had received another 500 invitations at no charge. Customer service was very helpful. We ordered our invitaions on line and because I had purchased my dress for the reception at David's Bridal in Birmingham, they gave us a 30% discount on our invitations. Great deal, excellent quality. I would highly recommend.

I was a plus size bride, and the selections for my body type were not only plentious but also beautiful. I paid $99 for my dress and $30 for my jewelry set. They also did cleaning and any repairs prior to purchase for free.

I had a pretty good experience with David's Bridal. The service was just ok, but my dress made up for any wrong doing. It was so gorgeous. People are still talking about my "princess dress." I really did feel like I was in a fairy tale the whole time that I wore it!

I got all of my bridesmaids dresses here and they were just beautiful! I was able to let them wear diffirent dresses in the same color and same material. I was really impressed with the selection available!
