I had no problems i got all my girls dresses through them in the store and online.. Online is faster BTW.. I came in 3 times to try on dresses and found one on sale and got discounts on things because i bought my dress there so it worked out good. It is def. worth looking at when looking for any dress.

At first I had an awsome experience but when it came time for the alteration it was a nightmare... I drove all the way from Spokane to Tacoma because that's where my family and the wedding was... I was very early like I alway am... They opened the doors late and then they put me in a dressing room so I could try on and buy a bra. I found what I needed and asked what to do next... they said just wait here. I was waiting around in the back for over a half an hour so I finally asked someone what they wanted me to do... They said well before we can start the fitting you need to pay for your bra... I couldn't wait and pay for it with the alterations.. They made we walk up to the front to pay with my way to big dress on... It was a pain... then I proceed to wait... Remember I was over 30 mins early. By now it was 30 mins passed my apt time... I asked again am I supposed to do anything else or just wait here they said let me get someone for you... Finally I made it to alteration where they procceed to tell me I was late and they didn't have time to do everyting... I made them do the hole thing because I wasn't late... it took 1 and 1/2 hours to pin everything so I assumed it would fit perfect... No when I can make they missed a hole layer in my bustle and it was like they never even altered the top... I had to get refitted and come back on labor day weekend to get my dress... the second time it fit great but I really don't think it should have taken that much. O ya they tried to charge me for the second fitting.

The bridesmaid dresses were awesome and in the end my dress was perfect, just took alot to get there.

I loved my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses and all the sizes were correct. The reason I give Davids Bridal such a low rating is because the customer service is horrible. I just wanted my bridesmaids to be able to try on dresses and there is not one person only helping you, there is one person helping like 5 to 10 other people depending on how busy they are that day. The manager there is really not respectful at all, and so everyone knows they will not take returns at all. I love their dresses but their service really needs to change.

Beautiful dress! Poor management..I felt I was being rushed..very stressful!

Only went to them because they had the dress I wanted. They were by far the worst place I have ever been to! First off, when I had my fitting one of the workers had the audasity to ask me to leave with my baby because she was crying. Then after all of the dresses were steamed I picked them up and they only had 2 of the 4 bridesmaids dresses and couldn't find the other 2 because they were under another name. Got home to find they gave me someone elses dress. Went to return that dress and get my other 2 and stood at the front desk only to have the lady ignore me standing there and walk away. I was in tears and yelled at these women because they have no care in the world about the customers!

The folks at David's Bridal were very friendly. They are always there to greet you at the door and get you set up with what you need. Sometime's it's a bit much when you just want to go and browse, but friendly nonetheless.

Well I can say I had better times at this place with friends getting married. The two ladies Ivy and Ashely where great there. Also the 2 manger that have the same name but can't think of it at this moment. I know one of them left already though. I was a bit stress b/c this store didn't have my dress and it got shipped form another store but it took over 3 weeks to get to them. They advise me it would only take about 10 days. I live about a hour away form this store so its hecked to get down there and do appointment when they allow had them at 7pm or 12pm. As far as me picking out my dress that experience was great. I just felt that store needs alot of help. There the only store near the kitsap area and they are to over work and so they fill like they are in a rush. You can't be in a rush to make a young lady pick out a dress. Once they figure that out I believe it will be a great store.

The only reason I went here was because I had viewed a dress online and feel in LOVE with it! I wouldnt recommend going here if you have time to look around! I made an appointment, which they don't say you will be sharing that with 3 other girls!?! I had to flag the sales lady down if I was ready for a new dress!! Once you have paid for the dress they could care less about ya!

David's Bridal was great to use for the wedding. I was very impressed with their selection and the many styles I was able to try on. However the staff was not as dedicated as I expected and frequently forgot about me while I was trying look throughout the store. However, once I picked my dress I remember my sales rep being extremely nice and catered to my every detail. That goes for my alterations specialist as well. She was absolutely spectacular and made my dress everything I wanted and more. The Bridesmaid dresses were wonderful and fit my girls wonderfully. They also were expected to come in 12 weeks and arrived in 7 which was very helpful and convenient.

Everything went pretty well. The only thing was the alterations, but they made time to fix it.

Davids' wasn't my first chioce in a bridal gown, but it ended up being the best choice. I am a plus size woman and was a little disappointed in the selection of gowns they had for US. I had several choices picked out and printed for my appointment and was a little surprised to find that most selections were online only. i mean who wants to buy a wedding dress online. Well my dress was beautiful and the help was fine. David's just needs to step it up a notch on the plus size selections

My experience here was okay. I didn't have a great time picking out my dress because my consultant seemed preoccupied. Once my hour appointment was up, she left me by myself and I had to wait for help. I wasn't a demanding shopper- I only tried on 4 or 5 dresses. The alterations department completely made up for my dress buying experience. They were absolutely fantastic! One thing I didn't care for was when I went in on a Wednesday to pick out and purchase a veil (I didn't initially want one), the store seemed completely empty! Nobody helped me or my friend who went with me. They didn't even acknowledge us until we were headed out the door.

I thought David's Bridal was great for getting my wedding dress. I had already picked out my dress online before entering the store, but they still helped picked out a few others to try on and the staff was extremely friendly. The only negative remark I would have to say is that they overcharge for the services they do such as alterations, and jewelry/undergarments. Overall I would recommend David's Bridal.

I found the dress of my dreams and fell in love with it. They were very nice and full of good ideas for my wedding

I had my appt booked for 3 months before i came in to search for the dress. I had a consultant and she turned out to be pregnant. I had my entire family or women there with me and i know they were giving her a hardtime but she went with it. I tried on almost 30 dresses and finally found the dress that day after 8 painfull hours of looking for my dress. THANKS SOOOOO MUCH!
