I'd been working with a David's Bridal in CO where I go to school and ordered my dress here for the wedding. There wasn't a lot to offer for me to try on as a plus size bride so I just had to go with it. I ordered a dress in Sept and when I came back from school in Dec for the wedding I tried my dress ordered on and it was HORRIBLE. I looked like a glittery snowball. I went into the store the next day and they were able to refund my dress and veil and we tried on about 20 other dresses. I found the perfect dress with alterations needed to change the appearance almost completely. They were able to alter it and make every little change in less than a week that I had till my wedding. Even with all the mess of the dress and the frantic rushing to get it done, my dress turned out beautifully and one of a kind :)

I looked at dresses online and narrowed it down to three. I went in without an appointment and they worked me in anyway! the consultant helped me pick the perfect head piece and veil. The alterations ladies were incredibly helpful and informative. My dress was perfect!

Never would have found the dress if it wasnt for those girls! When we found the "ONE" they made sure to work with us so i didnt have to worry and more!

All i can say is they treated me good, but treated all my bridesmaids like crap when i wasnt there. Not ok

i had to order something that wasn't regularly in stock. i don't know why it took 3.5 months to get to me....

beautiful dresses and great prices but felt very uncomfortable and not very valued as a customer whom was ready to buy...with cash

My bridal consultant was fantastic. She helped me to find the perfect dress for my day, even though it was not even close to what I had imagined.

I had a wonderful consultant that helped me try any dress I wanted. She was so sweet and honest with how she thought things looked on me. All my bridesmaids got their dresses here as well and they easily ordered sizes. The store itself is rather chaotic because it is ALWAYS busy, but the prices and quality are a reflecion of that. I loved my dress and the alterations people did a WONDERFUL job on the hem and bussle. I wish I could wear my dress again!

Had a great experience initially when purchasing my gown. My sales attendant was fun, creative, and spunky.
Upon returning for pick up, alterations, etc. I did have some problems with appointments. Originally I had an appointment, called and rescheduled, only to be called on my original appointment date reminding me of my appointment. I had to call and make sure my appointment time had been changed, it hadn't. The same thing happened another time when I arrived they didn't have me in the books, come to find out they had put me in the book for the following day.
Either way, I absolutely LOVE my dress and am extremely happy with my purchase - appointment frustrations aside.

I love how easy it was for my girls to go into David’s and find a dress that worked on all of them. The color selection is fantastic, and there are so many choices! We also had a female on the groom’s side, and she was able to find a dress that coordinated with the others, even though the bridesmaid dresses were discontinued by then. With my girls in Washington, and myself in Arizona, I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with the different managers to set up shipping and steaming of the dresses after alterations. The only trouble I had with the Spokane store was that they told my wedding party different info than they gave me (even though they had all the right notes in my file), so I needed to make a few extra phone calls to clarify things. Also, my mom and sisters had a hard time communicating with the seamstress during alterations.

I had a WONDERFUL experience shopping and buying my dress from David's Bridal. They have dresses in all sizes, shapes etc. I found all of the consultants to be extremely friendly and very helpful. I felt like my business was valued and like I was working with friends when I was at the store. I bought my dress, my shoes, my accessories, and had my alterations done at this store. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone else. My dress was absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted, and excellent service- you can't ask for more!

My dress was not high on my priority list, and Davids allowed me to find a dress that worked for a decent price. The ladies were kind and the location of Davids was convenient the few times we had to stop by the shop.

They were so amazing in helping me find the perfect dress! They gave me an amazing deal and really knew what I was looking for. I was very very happy to find a place that really knew how to help their customers and get them EXACTLY what they want :)

David's Bridal in Spokane had exactly what I expected -- lots of dresses at fairly inexpensive prices. I was impressed with my consultant (Deanna) and overall I had a great experience. However, the store was fairly crowded, and the dressing rooms are very small. DB isn't a boutique, but it worked for me!

It was alright. The consultant seemed more interested in finding a dress for the lady next to me who wasn't even engaged to anyone! She said her boyfriend dumped her and she was just waiting for "the one". I was actually getting married (in 6 months) and was treated with little respect.
