I would not recomand this store or the other one near memphis they are very distance and rude.

you should definitely have plenty of time and plenty of help in order to plan a successful wedding! i planned mine on my own and didnt have a whole lot of time! it was very successful but also verrrrry stressful! just relax on the big day because if now you will be a huge ball of nerves and you will be mean to everyone!

They were very easy to work with, easy to set appt. with, and had a very nice selection. We got the perfect dresses, but were never called when our dresses arrived.

They did an amazing job. We got the wedding dress and all the bridesmaid dresses. The alteration was a bit expensive.

I got a great deal on my dress. The staff was helpful, almost to a fault. I don't like constant, in your face sales people (who obviously get paid mainly off commission). But I do think that they were helpful.

David's Bridal was excellent in handeling all of my orders for myself and my bridesmaids. I had all my alterations done there, we special ordered bridesmaid dresses and had their shoes dyed. Everything turned out amazing!

While I love the dresses I picked out at David's Bridal, if I had to do it again I would go with someone else. It simply was not worth the hassel. The lady that helped me select my dress was nice, but I found the over all experience draining. David's Bridal does NOT staff enough seamstress. When they screwed up on one of my bridesmaid's orders and when they screwed up my date for getting my dress altered, they had little to offer to make the situation right. The attitude was if we should just be glad that they do business with us because they are soooo busy.
After my experience, I talked with other brides that used David's Bridal only to learn that I am not alone. David's Bridal (throughout the US) is not the best place for you to get your dress or dresses for your bridal party. Even if the service and attitude was not a headache, the products are still WAY over priced.

They were so sweet in helping me get everything put together. They didn't even complain when I changed my bridesmaids dresses for the umpteenth time. The only thing that I did not like is that when I bought my dress first they told me it would take months to come in and I needed to get it way back in like september of the year before but once I ordered it I had it within 2 weeks. The only other thing was when I bought the dress they just automatically added a veil, blusher, tiara, ect. I would have liked to have been consulted on which ones of these items I wanted and which styles

The staff at David's Bridal was very helpful and cooperative! They made this experience as easy, fun, and smooth as possible. They know what styles look best for your body type and aren't just trying to make a sell. I knew what kind of wedding dress i was looking for when i first went in. I had been assigned to one lady in particular and she was always there when I needed her. Very helpful in getting my bridesmaids fitted as well. I had 3 other girls in my wedding and they all had to make seperate appointments with me. They worked us in their schedule however we could get there. They also were very helpful in giving cheap suggestions for decor. It was the best experience ever!!

Also, when you purchase your wedding dress from David's Bridal, they give you a coupon booklet. One of the coupons I used to get my invitations. I ordered them through David's Bridal webpage. They came quickly and done just like i wanted. They were easy to organize and put together too.

I absolutely loved my dress. The only thing is it was high priced. I bought mine on sale and even then ended up spending at least $400 more then what I had intended. In the end though, it was worth it. They also had a great variety for bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen tuxes, and I believe we got some sort of discount for getting the bridal party attire there.
