I loved David's Bridal, from originally finding my dress there, to getting it altered and pressed right before the wedding, everything was perfect. The staff there was helpful, puling a variety of dresses to make sure I knew what I wanted and what looked best on my body. There was no rush, no pressure to buy now. They were flexible on the timing of getting alternations done and that was quick and painless. The alternations ladies knew what they were doing, what looked best and how it should fit. The only issue I had was during my wedding, the bustle kept coming unbuttoned, otherwise everything was great.

Initially, I tried ordering a less expensive dress online, made in China. You know this didn't work out (I still have that dress - what am I going to do with it?). Frustrated, I went to David's Bridal. I had to go alone as most of my friends and family live in another state. The staff was remarkable, funny, and patient. We found a wonderful dress that I adored. They sent thank you cards and were extremely pleasant on the phone. The seamstresses work magic.

I used this Davids Bridal to order my sister's bridesmaid dress. Besides the long back order and extra shipping fees, my sister and I really loved the dress. Please plan to order dresses well ahead of time and expect extra shippng fees if you want it sent somewhere other than the store.

I LOVED MY DRESS!!!! They were very helpful in everything!! Pricey, but good! Alterations could have been better on my brides maid dresses and the clasp to my dress was not there after alterations! Overall good store!
